My purchase was a birthday gift for my son and he is very satisfied with the product. He explained to me it was really a nice seat for the sporting events he attends for my grandson. I plan to purchase additional stadium seats for the rest of my family, as their birthdays arrive.

Order was completed by Unique Sorts ,however vendor did not ship in a timely fashion. When I contacted Unique Sports they researched the issue and found the problem. They promptly called back and said they were sorry. Good business practice would have been to make some sort of gesture to makeup for promise not kept.

My new monitor did ship and arrived at the estimated date, however I was a bit disappointed to find out the shipping didn't include weekend shipping. (There wasn't even an option.)

Disappointment is from the order process which did not allow me shipping options. I required a rapid delivery. I clicked through the order process, looking for shipping options and was finished before I realized that NONE were going to be presented. As a result, my order wound up showing up a week later than I needed it.

poor quality productwood used not attractive and poor qualitypoorly constructedoverpriced for what it washowever, that being said, I shall keep it as it does serve the purpose I intended it for and it's more trouble to return it, I just wont be buying anything else from them, I don't think it was good value for the money, it is worth only about half of what I paid for it.I won't be buying anything like that again on-line, the pictures looked far better than the actual product

The cat beds I purchased were not what I expected. I thought they would be 13 inches deep but instead were 13 inches high when they were popped out to make the enclosed cat bed.

I ordered sports equipment for my son hoping that it would come in time for his competition. The package was delivered the day of his test, except that I was sent something that I didn't order. But I did get right on the phone and the attendant was very helpful and resubmitted my order w/o charge to me. The people that send out merchandise should take the time to read the order to fill it correctly. As of today, I'm still waiting for his MMA boxing gloves to be delivered.
