I have purchased from Christianbook.com in the past and have been very satisfied. This time I wasn't quite as satisfied. The order didn't arrive as quickly as expected. This survey arrived before my order. The Bible I ordered was shipped in cardboard covering with no bubble wrap or protection of any kind. The top corner of the cover was bent in. This was a gift and I was disappointed it was not packaged better for safe shipping.

My new monitor did ship and arrived at the estimated date, however I was a bit disappointed to find out the shipping didn't include weekend shipping. (There wasn't even an option.)

Disappointment is from the order process which did not allow me shipping options. I required a rapid delivery. I clicked through the order process, looking for shipping options and was finished before I realized that NONE were going to be presented. As a result, my order wound up showing up a week later than I needed it.

The cat beds I purchased were not what I expected. I thought they would be 13 inches deep but instead were 13 inches high when they were popped out to make the enclosed cat bed.

This order was cancelled and the only way I learned that was when I checked the shipping trackinbg. Would have appreciated being notified.

After the issue with false advertising and an unwillingness to take responsibility, I have yet to get the order. So add to the list of complaints slow shipping....assuming it was shipped at all. I wouldnt know because communication is also non-existant.

IT took forever just to get the order completed and then several phone calls just to get it shipped and then finally without my knowledge, you shipped only 1/3 of the order and charged the entire amount of the total order to my bank.

Although the product has a December 2012 "good until" date, they seem a little bit stale.

Ordered almost a month ago. Sent a 6 instead of a 9. All Emails were not responded to. I was on hold on the phone for over 15 min before speaking to a real person. I returned the sixes; still have not received the right size. Really wanted them for vacation. Doesn't seem likely.
