Outer shipping box was intact, but 2of the 7 puzzles inside had crushed boxes.As we wanted to take them on a trip the next day we elected not to send them back.The puzzle pieces were not affected, but it would have ben nice to have decent boxes for storage.Not sure how someone did not notice that the boxes were crushed before packing them.We love the puzzles though....

I love the range of jigsaw puzzles you provide. The price is very good but the postage is more than double the cost of the item which does not allow me to order as often as I would like to.

My new monitor did ship and arrived at the estimated date, however I was a bit disappointed to find out the shipping didn't include weekend shipping. (There wasn't even an option.)

Disappointment is from the order process which did not allow me shipping options. I required a rapid delivery. I clicked through the order process, looking for shipping options and was finished before I realized that NONE were going to be presented. As a result, my order wound up showing up a week later than I needed it.

This order was cancelled and the only way I learned that was when I checked the shipping trackinbg. Would have appreciated being notified.

After the issue with false advertising and an unwillingness to take responsibility, I have yet to get the order. So add to the list of complaints slow shipping....assuming it was shipped at all. I wouldnt know because communication is also non-existant.

IT took forever just to get the order completed and then several phone calls just to get it shipped and then finally without my knowledge, you shipped only 1/3 of the order and charged the entire amount of the total order to my bank.

Although the product has a December 2012 "good until" date, they seem a little bit stale.

Don't sell items on line if you do not have them.Dry Idea was back logged over 10 days.Usually items come in a quick manner.

It would be more helpful to - at time of order - tell the customer which shipping agent would be used, given the items ordered.

Have used this company on a couple of occasions. There dog products for pills are great. I have a greyhound that needs to take meds daily and I use the pill pockets daily. The pricing is good and delivery is excellent.

Ordered almost a month ago. Sent a 6 instead of a 9. All Emails were not responded to. I was on hold on the phone for over 15 min before speaking to a real person. I returned the sixes; still have not received the right size. Really wanted them for vacation. Doesn't seem likely.
