I ordered the washable triangle crayons....i box came fine the other was opened and the crayons colored on the box and all over my order paper and looked used when I got them. I called and they sent me another 2 boxes and the same thing happened only this time some of the crayons broke. I would not order these again....poor packaging.

Excellent product choices. However, my orders via e mail are always confused as I live in Canada and have my orders shipped to various addresses in the U.S.A. When I choose change shipping address, your system also changes my billing address and of course your credit dept refuses my credit card because it is attached to my home adress in Alberta Canada which should never change. I'm hoping it is corrected now.

I have used Bellacor many times for my lighting in 3 new houses.Their products were always received undamaged and shown on the internet the same as the actual product.The customer service was very professional and informative whenever I had any concerns or questions.Bellacor is my first go-to website whenever I need lighting. The price is always very competitive and usually less than other websites.

I had one lamp delivered broken. The customer support rep Pamala Zrust rapidly replaced the item and followed through with instructions for disposal. It was refreshing to have such great service.

While the products arrived on time according to when they told me they would arrive, I was rather amazed (negatively so) that it took a week from the time of order to receiving the shipping information. The norm these days is that products tend to ship in one to 2 days, so the delay was rather disconcerting. There was no information up front regarding the time from order to shipment and this would have been nice (in fact, I deem it essential for good customer service).

The metal crane birds that I ordered met more than my expectations.They are beautiful, with high quality workmanship. They added a touch of elegance to my garden. The cranes arrived quickly, were securely packaged, and the link from Meijer to the shipping and delivery kept me up to date on their arrival. Meijer had the best price I could find. My new monitor did ship and arrived at the estimated date, however I was a bit disappointed to find out the shipping didn't include weekend shipping. (There wasn't even an option.)

Disappointment is from the order process which did not allow me shipping options. I required a rapid delivery. I clicked through the order process, looking for shipping options and was finished before I realized that NONE were going to be presented. As a result, my order wound up showing up a week later than I needed it.

Ordered a product, diapers.com sent a different product. I called diapers.com Sunday morning & the guy was extremely apologetic & gave me a refund and said they'd make sure they had the correct product and would send it. I received the package Tuesday and it was the same wrong product I received before. I won't shop at diapers.com again.

gifts were ordered as a hostess gift for a shower which is in 2 weeks. The box that one of the items is in was damaged and we noted that on the delivery info. Have not opened box yet as shower is still 2 weeks away. Hopefully everything inside the box will be fine and all will be well. If anything is damaged, we will contact customer service to return.

The product I ordered ended up not being available even though it was available to order on the website. This was quite frustrating because we were close to having our baby and it took a few days to let us know that our order was cancelled so we had to turn to another place for the order and because of that loss of time my wife started to stress about if we would get the order on time, since the other place was saying it would take more time. I was also frustrated that there wasn't anything done about Right Start's mistake, instead of offering a coupon for the mistake or something else, I just got an email saying sorry about the inconvenience.

Everything was great, EXCEPT the pillow arrived with a hole in it. The hole was a V shape that went through both the cover and the pillow. It is only 1/2 to 3/4 inch so it is fixable. The shipping box didn't have any noticible damage to have caused this. We didn't cut into it when we opened it. A little disappointed, but my daughter-in-law LOVES it! Can't take it away to ship back :-) (plus too costly)
