My new monitor did ship and arrived at the estimated date, however I was a bit disappointed to find out the shipping didn't include weekend shipping. (There wasn't even an option.)

I clicked through the order process, looking for shipping options and was finished before I realized that NONE were going to be presented. As a result, my order wound up showing up a week later than I needed it.

poor quality productwood used not attractive and poor qualitypoorly constructedoverpriced for what it washowever, that being said, I shall keep it as it does serve the purpose I intended it for and it's more trouble to return it, I just wont be buying anything else from them, I don't think it was good value for the money, it is worth only about half of what I paid for it.I won't be buying anything like that again on-line, the pictures looked far better than the actual product

there is no way on your website to enter order number to track your order. that would have been very helpful since you didnt ship my order for 6 days, and it was a gift, therefore, did not make it on time, however, if i had access to tracking, there would be less stress tracking the order and shipment.
