Product was as I expected, but the price was not. Paid $30 online, but found out 2 days after I picked it up that it was on sale for $20. How do I get the $10 difference?

Target's online ad did not have the product I was looking for, and none of the items shown met my needs. In general, I would prefer to shop in my local Target store, and only searched their website becaus the store did not have what I need either.

My new monitor did ship and arrived at the estimated date, however I was a bit disappointed to find out the shipping didn't include weekend shipping. (There wasn't even an option.)

Disappointment is from the order process which did not allow me shipping options. I required a rapid delivery. I clicked through the order process, looking for shipping options and was finished before I realized that NONE were going to be presented. As a result, my order wound up showing up a week later than I needed it.

the alum screen frames wore damage in shipment .they did not pack them with any pading so they got damaged. i dont have time to send back forth next time i just pay a little more and pick them up at the store . and look at there web it said free shipping but its not.

all i wanted was ONE kitchen drainboard from rubbermaid in a blue color. what i got was four [ 4 ] of them. i had thought that the price was a bit high when i bought , but since i could not find a blue one near my home; i went ahead with order. i did e-mail the company prior to ordering to ask them if this was the price for one . noone ever answered. BUT, i went ahead with it.now i do, indeed , have 4 when i only need one.

poor quality productwood used not attractive and poor qualitypoorly constructedoverpriced for what it washowever, that being said, I shall keep it as it does serve the purpose I intended it for and it's more trouble to return it, I just wont be buying anything else from them, I don't think it was good value for the money, it is worth only about half of what I paid for it.I won't be buying anything like that again on-line, the pictures looked far better than the actual product

The cat beds I purchased were not what I expected. I thought they would be 13 inches deep but instead were 13 inches high when they were popped out to make the enclosed cat bed.

Unfortunately, it doesn't indicate that the camera has limited use without an auxillary memory card. I would have ordered that at the same time had I known that.

All was well with this transaction. I got a really good deal on a Lenovo laptop. I only wish that shipping had been free, but at 8 bucks, its no biggie. Plus, shipping was fast. Also, I am wondering why I was charged sales tax.... This usually isn't the case with internet orders, and considering the cost of this item, it was around 25 bucks.

The only item I "returned" was the unsolicited "Free Virus Protection Software" which carries with it an AUTOMATIC RENEWAL at some future point, no doubt charged to the credit card I bought my actual purchase with. This type of marketing is pure, unadulterated BOVINE DISCHARGE. STOP IT, it is a reprehensible practice.

HD5450 Vid Card & Blu-Ray Internal Drive Met Expectations, thank you! Unfortunately, the bundled software did not work when inserted in drives. I decided not to return the software because Tiger Direct wanted me to return the entire order to resolve software issue! Turned out I had to insert the software in older DVD/CD drive to recognize executable program. Support should have had resolution for this issue. All is well!!!

Have not recieved my order, it was ordered 2 day air 7 days ago.Customer service is a joke, if you can get them to answer the phone, had to get customer service through online chatSupervisors or managers won't return phone calls (even left them my cell number)It seems like nobody cares or gives a damn about customer service.As you can tell shipping.....well, just has not happened (still waiting)Have purchased from this company for over 10 years, I think we are done after this round of nonsense.

ordered what appeared to be a three piece cookware. received one piece of the three. Sharon at customer service said she would email the extent of our conversation, no e-mail. Was going to order the rest of the set, call friends and asked what they thought of the picture, the order set up and they as well as I expected the whole. VERY CAREFUL scrutiny of the write up still did not clarify that hree pieces had to be ordered.
