It features an electronic browning control dial, an exclusive "Lift and Look" lever a to lift up the toast to see toasting progress without interrupting the cooking cycle, and a cancel button that lets you stop toasting. Breville has extended the usefulness of the humble toaster with special settings for reheat, defrost and crumpets plus extra-wide and extra-deep self-centering slots. Cord storage and a removable crumb tray help to keep your counter tidy. And with the sleek brushed stainless steel body, it just looks fantastic!

I am also concerned that it might be cheaply constructed or that the materials used may be inferior/harmful to health now that I see it was made in China. I have not used it yet, so I will withhold any further judgment until I do. The cookie scoop and pizza pans are exactly what I expected.

My new monitor did ship and arrived at the estimated date, however I was a bit disappointed to find out the shipping didn't include weekend shipping. (There wasn't even an option.)
