the resolution department is confused on how to refund my account for the returned shipments. there are 4 of them. the product is a bad product.

The product was a 4 prong stand for hanging flower baskets. The assembly was complicated and after assembly the product was not sturdy. It is not designed to hold 4 hanging baskets and I doubt if it will withstand any kind of wind or hard rain.

I had purchased a pair of eclispse curtains. Got the wrong size, and instead of shipping a new pair of curtains of the right size, i had to return this to the store and then place another order. The first time I called customer service, I was asked to go and order it online again, the call got disconnected and no one even bothered to call me. The second time the call went to parts direct although I had called the same number, the person said it was a glitch in the system and told me call back the number again so it may connect to right dept. This time person tried to help me out by placing a new order for the same curtains, by which the pricing of this had doubled, so she was trying to get me the same deal. I will never shop in Sears again.. Oh the box flaps also were not fully taped , only half the box had the tape the other half the tape was covering the box not the flaps... never seen anything shipped this way in my life.

poor quality productwood used not attractive and poor qualitypoorly constructedoverpriced for what it washowever, that being said, I shall keep it as it does serve the purpose I intended it for and it's more trouble to return it, I just wont be buying anything else from them, I don't think it was good value for the money, it is worth only about half of what I paid for it.I won't be buying anything like that again on-line, the pictures looked far better than the actual product

The cat beds I purchased were not what I expected. I thought they would be 13 inches deep but instead were 13 inches high when they were popped out to make the enclosed cat bed.

Everything I expected, and more! Wipe clean w/damp towel or cloth, pans do not tilt cook evenly. BEST purchase since my stainless steel cook set 25-plus years ago.
