The order was received ahead of time and in good condition. The ottoman was brand new (the web site said new in box)and matched our previously purched furniture.I tried working with the support personell to secure a discount on the product, since I was a return customer to Sears, but no one could provide even a 5% discount.

When I called in to check on this item, I had two seperate gentlemen (didn't catch their names) that put me on hold to check on it. The first one had me on hold for 22 minutes before I hung up. The second one had me on hold for 20 minutes before I hung up. My third time calling I got a new hire named Tamara who was EXCELLENT! She was able to find my product and give me the information I wanted in around 5 minutes. She also handled a follow-up call I had and was able to get my additional answers taken care of. She's the Customer Service rep who made this deal happen.

sometimes frustrated by lack of variety

This was the first time I have ordered anything on line from Lowes, and it was a great experience. They had the exact product I wanted and it was ready to pick p at my local Lowes store. I oredered the product in the morning and I picked it up after work that afternoon. The customer service staff was speedy and very courteous.

Pick up at the store was the hardest part. They were short staffed and it took some time. Also, I needed extension poles for the fan. A very helpful representative then came and helped me, even taking the entire order to my car.

When I placed the order at about 10 or 11 in the morning it said it would be delivered that same day. It was actually delivered the next day.I considered next day delivery excellent service but when lowes didn't meet the expectation they set by indicating same day delievery when I ordered it lowered my satisfation with the experience.

very happy with purchase, but the instruction manual was in Spanish, no English manual included. Resolved via phone conversation. Obviously an oversight by the delivery personnel.

the resolution department is confused on how to refund my account for the returned shipments. there are 4 of them. the product is a bad product.

The product was a 4 prong stand for hanging flower baskets. The assembly was complicated and after assembly the product was not sturdy. It is not designed to hold 4 hanging baskets and I doubt if it will withstand any kind of wind or hard rain.

I had purchased a pair of eclispse curtains. Got the wrong size, and instead of shipping a new pair of curtains of the right size, i had to return this to the store and then place another order. The first time I called customer service, I was asked to go and order it online again, the call got disconnected and no one even bothered to call me. The second time the call went to parts direct although I had called the same number, the person said it was a glitch in the system and told me call back the number again so it may connect to right dept. This time person tried to help me out by placing a new order for the same curtains, by which the pricing of this had doubled, so she was trying to get me the same deal. I will never shop in Sears again.. Oh the box flaps also were not fully taped , only half the box had the tape the other half the tape was covering the box not the flaps... never seen anything shipped this way in my life.

I am very disappointed with my recent purchase at homeclick. My purchase was shipped on 5/9/12 via YRC, yet I did not get the delivery until 5/18/12. The delivery was scheduled to arrive at my home between 9-5 on 5/18, so I took the day off work to be home for this delivery. After calling YRC several times to get the status of the delivery, they did not deliver my shippment until 7 PM !!! This was unacceptable, you give an 8 hour window of delivery and you still can't deliver on time! To top it off, YRC or Homeclick did not call me to update the status of my delivery, the only way I knew that my delivery was even still en route was that I called YRC several times on Friday. I called Homeclick as well on Friday, the representative just said to call back on Monday during normal business hours. I called at 6:50 PM, after my delivery was almost 2 hours late.

The product was seemingly held up in the FedEX circuit so the deliverly date was delayed by two days which was not really a problem. Homeclick was not at fault. I was pleased to be able to easily track it with the link provided by Homeclick.

Good price and product selection. Terrible shipping. Had to cancel order since the items didn't ship 10 days after the order was made. Was not contacted about the delay. Called in to find out they wouldn't be shipped for another 8 days. Cancelled order at that time.

We ordered this refrigerator on 9 February but it didn't ship until the 22nd. That seems to be a rather excessive wait. The delivery was very timely once it shipped as we received it on the 24th.

I searched for a brushed chrome with brass accents on the internet and was unable to find what I wanted until I discovered PlumberSurplus.com. I purchased a faucet on-line and then was not directed to purchase the valve needed for the wall. I had a plumber come and then he informed me of the problem. I went to the site and purchased the other item (through assistance from customer service that was very short with me) which more than doubled the price for my faucet. I asked for the discount I would have originally received since my order was over $400 or free express shipping since this put our project behind and she was rude and said the order mishap was not her problem. I am sure they have nice product, but they have very poor customer relations. Only place an order with them if you are confident nothing will go wrong.

I was happily surprised at how easily the ordering process went and that it resulted in relatively little unnecessary E-Mail advertising.The telephone contacts with the staff were extremely helpful, especially because the service personnel could immediately provide or immediately obtain accurate information as to the status of all parts of my order.

I placed an order for four items. The first three itmes showed up within one week. I was very pleased. After two weeks I had not received the one remaining item so I called to confirm/ check on the order. I was informed that the unit was on backorder and may take 4-6 weeks. Hmm. Item shows in stock online, yet I never received it, nor did I receive an email informing me about it. One week after the first part of the order came in I called to find out what was going on. Here we sit at 3 weeks and still no email or confirmation about the item. Not impressed.
