HP direct, in conjunction with their promotional discounts, is the best way to purchase ink. I've tried "re-manufactured" ink from several vendors and it's just NOT worth the hassle for me! Buy OEM.

The zip code on the credit card didn't match the shipping zip code because the zip code in our area is changing. They sent me an email saying so with an 800 number to call. I did and it was no big deal. The customer service rep. said he'd seen this before and he'd fix it. The order got here quickly after that. No big deal.

Item was sent USPS, it arrived promptly, but usually anything shipped through USPS takes too long to get delivered. Howard Computers took the extra step to make sure I received it in a timely manner. And nothing can be tracked through the USPS by a citizen.

I just ordered a class set of special composition notebooks, and they were delivered to Fairbanks, Alaska within a week. They are perfect for math/science notebooks!

I have yet to recieve part of my order. When I contacted support, they were unable to give me any information on my order.

Couldn't be happier with the product or the service I received.

I questioned a representative on-line before making the purchase. The piccolo case that I ordered was about 4 times the size of a normal case with NO handle, making it impossible to carry. Thus it is unusable. I returned it on 5-15-12. I had to pay $6.15 just to return it. Definately not the experience I wanted. Obviously your representative has no clue what a typical piccolo case looks like.

ordered what appeared to be a three piece cookware. received one piece of the three. Sharon at customer service said she would email the extent of our conversation, no e-mail. Was going to order the rest of the set, call friends and asked what they thought of the picture, the order set up and they as well as I expected the whole. VERY CAREFUL scrutiny of the write up still did not clarify that hree pieces had to be ordered.

Unit will not work have tried several times to contact bird finally got them went thru their ritual finally they said to return it to them. I am in scottsboro al fishing a tournament which I really wanted the bird for. it just won't work so when I get home I will send it to someone

This is the way things should be! My question about availability was swiftly and competently answered in an on-line chat, I was notified by email of shipping, checked the tracking information, and received the package just as promised.

Printer arrived before it was expected and is performing as expected.

I should have been notified that the item I ordered was on backorder.

The item I ordered was on back order and I was not notified of the extent of the time frame. When I called I was told it was no available but expected in around the end of March (I ordered it in February)but the were not sure and they had sereval hundred on back order.

After my credit card was charged and I receive the tracking information. Then a receive a e-mail stating that the product is out of stock. I e-mail and called them regarding this issue. However, my credit card still HAS NOT receive a refund. I hate to leave a bad comment.

I ordered a surge protector on the 8th May. It is now the 18th of May and I have still not received it, nor any tracking information.

Unhappy with FedEx delivery person who clearly had planned to leave my purchase on my front porch -- clearly visible to anyone passing by. The delivery person did not know I was at home because he did not ring my doorbell. I just happened to see his truck and went to the door as he was descending the steps whereupon he returned to the scanner he had left on the porch and actually handed it to me.
