2012-05-10 by LindaAll was well with this transaction. I got a really good deal on a Lenovo laptop. I only wish that shipping had been free, but at 8 bucks, its no biggie. Plus, shipping was fast. Also, I am wondering why I was charged sales tax.... This usually isn't the case with internet orders, and considering the cost of this item, it was around 25 bucks.

I decided not to return the software because Tiger Direct wanted me to return the entire order to resolve software issue! Turned out I had to insert the software in older DVD/CD drive to recognize executable program. Support should have had resolution for this issue. All is well!!!
