Excellent seller!!! TylerTool offered a $10 discount on the item I purchased, the sale made it far cheaper than any other site I could find! Even without the discount the items price would have been low compared to other online stores. Furthermore, TylerTool's shipping cost was very reasonable and they shipped the order within one business day! The product arrived in 4 business days and in good condition. I couldn't be more satisfied with my purchase from TylerTool! With all the reviews online it may be hard for one to know which ones to believe and I would like everyone to know that its not often I leave reviews unless a store has gone above and beyond all expectations. My new monitor did ship and arrived at the estimated date, however I was a bit disappointed to find out the shipping didn't include weekend shipping. (There wasn't even an option.)

Disappointment is from the order process which did not allow me shipping options. I required a rapid delivery. I clicked through the order process, looking for shipping options and was finished before I realized that NONE were going to be presented. As a result, my order wound up showing up a week later than I needed it.

the alum screen frames wore damage in shipment .they did not pack them with any pading so they got damaged. i dont have time to send back forth next time i just pay a little more and pick them up at the store . and look at there web it said free shipping but its not.

all i wanted was ONE kitchen drainboard from rubbermaid in a blue color. what i got was four [ 4 ] of them. i had thought that the price was a bit high when i bought , but since i could not find a blue one near my home; i went ahead with order. i did e-mail the company prior to ordering to ask them if this was the price for one . noone ever answered. BUT, i went ahead with it.now i do, indeed , have 4 when i only need one.

the resolution department is confused on how to refund my account for the returned shipments. there are 4 of them. the product is a bad product.

The product was a 4 prong stand for hanging flower baskets. The assembly was complicated and after assembly the product was not sturdy. It is not designed to hold 4 hanging baskets and I doubt if it will withstand any kind of wind or hard rain.

I had purchased a pair of eclispse curtains. Got the wrong size, and instead of shipping a new pair of curtains of the right size, i had to return this to the store and then place another order. The first time I called customer service, I was asked to go and order it online again, the call got disconnected and no one even bothered to call me. The second time the call went to parts direct although I had called the same number, the person said it was a glitch in the system and told me call back the number again so it may connect to right dept. This time person tried to help me out by placing a new order for the same curtains, by which the pricing of this had doubled, so she was trying to get me the same deal. I will never shop in Sears again.. Oh the box flaps also were not fully taped , only half the box had the tape the other half the tape was covering the box not the flaps... never seen anything shipped this way in my life.

Have used this company on a couple of occasions. There dog products for pills are great. I have a greyhound that needs to take meds daily and I use the pill pockets daily. The pricing is good and delivery is excellent.
