Excellent seller!!! TylerTool offered a $10 discount on the item I purchased, the sale made it far cheaper than any other site I could find! Even without the discount the items price would have been low compared to other online stores. Furthermore, TylerTool's shipping cost was very reasonable and they shipped the order within one business day! The product arrived in 4 business days and in good condition. I couldn't be more satisfied with my purchase from TylerTool! With all the reviews online it may be hard for one to know which ones to believe and I would like everyone to know that its not often I leave reviews unless a store has gone above and beyond all expectations. This was the first time I have ordered anything on line from Lowes, and it was a great experience. They had the exact product I wanted and it was ready to pick p at my local Lowes store. I oredered the product in the morning and I picked it up after work that afternoon. The customer service staff was speedy and very courteous.

Pick up at the store was the hardest part. They were short staffed and it took some time. Also, I needed extension poles for the fan. A very helpful representative then came and helped me, even taking the entire order to my car.

When I placed the order at about 10 or 11 in the morning it said it would be delivered that same day. It was actually delivered the next day.I considered next day delivery excellent service but when lowes didn't meet the expectation they set by indicating same day delievery when I ordered it lowered my satisfation with the experience.

very happy with purchase, but the instruction manual was in Spanish, no English manual included. Resolved via phone conversation. Obviously an oversight by the delivery personnel.

The Price seemed a bit high but in today world what doesn't seem too pricy. They did not offer the track connector I wanted to connect 2 pieces of track saw track together and I had to order that from a different vendor.

Sad that proposed gift (free 25-piece screwdriving set) was not included with the delivery of the impact driver, and that nobody at customer care could help me fix the problem yet. The quality of the tools is perfect, but the delivery is very slow. I am still missing more than half of my order after more than a week. It seems that it hasn't been shipped yet from the warehouse.

I am very displeased, with the whole process,order was messed up from the beginning,ordered online although I got confirmation order was not prosessed,had to call and reorder, product arrived damaged.I called customer service and was told it would be picked up today, and I would be contacted by claims, nobody contacted me, so I have wasted my entire morning to find out they have to send me a return label which was not mentioned the prior contact, am very displeased wife will be getting her Mothers day gift 3 weeks late, probably will never order anything again

My new monitor did ship and arrived at the estimated date, however I was a bit disappointed to find out the shipping didn't include weekend shipping. (There wasn't even an option.)

Disappointment is from the order process which did not allow me shipping options. I required a rapid delivery. I clicked through the order process, looking for shipping options and was finished before I realized that NONE were going to be presented. As a result, my order wound up showing up a week later than I needed it.

the alum screen frames wore damage in shipment .they did not pack them with any pading so they got damaged. i dont have time to send back forth next time i just pay a little more and pick them up at the store . and look at there web it said free shipping but its not.

all i wanted was ONE kitchen drainboard from rubbermaid in a blue color. what i got was four [ 4 ] of them. i had thought that the price was a bit high when i bought , but since i could not find a blue one near my home; i went ahead with order. i did e-mail the company prior to ordering to ask them if this was the price for one . noone ever answered. BUT, i went ahead with it.now i do, indeed , have 4 when i only need one.
