sometimes frustrated by lack of variety

This was the first time I have ordered anything on line from Lowes, and it was a great experience. They had the exact product I wanted and it was ready to pick p at my local Lowes store. I oredered the product in the morning and I picked it up after work that afternoon. The customer service staff was speedy and very courteous.

Pick up at the store was the hardest part. They were short staffed and it took some time. Also, I needed extension poles for the fan. A very helpful representative then came and helped me, even taking the entire order to my car.

When I placed the order at about 10 or 11 in the morning it said it would be delivered that same day. It was actually delivered the next day.I considered next day delivery excellent service but when lowes didn't meet the expectation they set by indicating same day delievery when I ordered it lowered my satisfation with the experience.

very happy with purchase, but the instruction manual was in Spanish, no English manual included. Resolved via phone conversation. Obviously an oversight by the delivery personnel.

The Price seemed a bit high but in today world what doesn't seem too pricy. They did not offer the track connector I wanted to connect 2 pieces of track saw track together and I had to order that from a different vendor.

CPO DEWALT far exceeded my expectations.....

Sad that proposed gift (free 25-piece screwdriving set) was not included with the delivery of the impact driver, and that nobody at customer care could help me fix the problem yet. The quality of the tools is perfect, but the delivery is very slow. I am still missing more than half of my order after more than a week. It seems that it hasn't been shipped yet from the warehouse.

I have ordered several different items from CPO DeWalt and each has arrived on time, in perfect condition, well packed and exactly as was described on the web site. CPO DeWalt is the first place I go to when researching and ordering DeWalt products for both value and pricing.

The only negative issue is the product, an electric cordless lawn mower, can do only half of my lawn.

Product was as I expected, but the price was not. Paid $30 online, but found out 2 days after I picked it up that it was on sale for $20. How do I get the $10 difference?

Because the item was available at the local warehouse, it arrived quicker than expected.

The product is available only in case quantity. I now have 12 cans of the stuff, and I don't know if it is appropriate for the job I have.

My new monitor did ship and arrived at the estimated date, however I was a bit disappointed to find out the shipping didn't include weekend shipping. (There wasn't even an option.)

Disappointment is from the order process which did not allow me shipping options. I required a rapid delivery. I clicked through the order process, looking for shipping options and was finished before I realized that NONE were going to be presented. As a result, my order wound up showing up a week later than I needed it.

I had ordered this product overnight delivery. I did not think it would get mailed that same day, being so late in the day, but Beach Audio still managed to get it out that evening, and I had recieved next day.

I like to shop QVC because I don't have to run all over town looking for unique products. It wastes time and gas.

order of 500 #10 envelopes arrived damaged--box lid torn, several envelopes creased, envelopes spilling out of envelope box and into external box.

Laser printer toner defective. Waiting for Office Depot to pick-up defective toner and once received, send me a "replacement" toner cartridge.

delivered wrong shower door. They did resolve but i will not get shower door for another week.

the alum screen frames wore damage in shipment .they did not pack them with any pading so they got damaged. i dont have time to send back forth next time i just pay a little more and pick them up at the store . and look at there web it said free shipping but its not.

all i wanted was ONE kitchen drainboard from rubbermaid in a blue color. what i got was four [ 4 ] of them. i had thought that the price was a bit high when i bought , but since i could not find a blue one near my home; i went ahead with order. i did e-mail the company prior to ordering to ask them if this was the price for one . noone ever answered. BUT, i went ahead with it.now i do, indeed , have 4 when i only need one.

We're still waiting for the order to arrive. We haven't received a thing and we're not happy..

I ordered a carbon cabin filter that looked gray in the picture. I got a white filter that doesn't look like a carbon filter.

The deliver was on time and good

the resolution department is confused on how to refund my account for the returned shipments. there are 4 of them. the product is a bad product.

The product was a 4 prong stand for hanging flower baskets. The assembly was complicated and after assembly the product was not sturdy. It is not designed to hold 4 hanging baskets and I doubt if it will withstand any kind of wind or hard rain.

I've rarely had any problem with Sears shopping or products. Have or had lots of tools. Been s shopping venue for me since the 40's

I had purchased a pair of eclispse curtains. Got the wrong size, and instead of shipping a new pair of curtains of the right size, i had to return this to the store and then place another order. The first time I called customer service, I was asked to go and order it online again, the call got disconnected and no one even bothered to call me. The second time the call went to parts direct although I had called the same number, the person said it was a glitch in the system and told me call back the number again so it may connect to right dept. This time person tried to help me out by placing a new order for the same curtains, by which the pricing of this had doubled, so she was trying to get me the same deal. I will never shop in Sears again.. Oh the box flaps also were not fully taped , only half the box had the tape the other half the tape was covering the box not the flaps... never seen anything shipped this way in my life.

The ordering process was great and the product prices were great!However, I did NOT appreciate the rude phone call from my assigned "account manager" and all the follow up emails about my experience.Without the phone calls and the emails I would have ordered products again in a minute but given the aggravation after the order was received I will look into other companies for future orders.

The only item I "returned" was the unsolicited "Free Virus Protection Software" which carries with it an AUTOMATIC RENEWAL at some future point, no doubt charged to the credit card I bought my actual purchase with. I decided not to return the software because Tiger Direct wanted me to return the entire order to resolve software issue! Turned out I had to insert the software in older DVD/CD drive to recognize executable program. Support should have had resolution for this issue. All is well!!!

THE HOSE REEL WE PURCHASED WAS ADVERTISED FOR 49.99 ON ONE PAGE WHEN WE WENT TO ORDER IT WAS IN THE 70'S . WHEN I CALLED CUSTOMER SUPPORT THEY SAID OH THAT WAS A MISTAKE . THEN THE REEL WENT ON SALE RIGHT AFTER WE PURCHASED IT. WASN'T REAL HAPPY WITH THAT.

I was disappointed that the connectors did not match the original equipment and that you do not carry a replacement connector as this issue has been raised many times with your support group.

I have NOT had the opportunity to try this on wood, but the splitter was delivered within 5 days of order & put together VERY easily.

The product is fine, except the cord was so tightly coiled that it will require time and effort to get it straight and keep it straight.The big issue for me was the 10 days between order placement and order delivery. In this day of web commerce, such a lengthy delivery time is akin to the horse and buggy era.
