Excellent seller!!! TylerTool offered a $10 discount on the item I purchased, the sale made it far cheaper than any other site I could find! Even without the discount the items price would have been low compared to other online stores. Furthermore, TylerTool's shipping cost was very reasonable and they shipped the order within one business day! The product arrived in 4 business days and in good condition. I couldn't be more satisfied with my purchase from TylerTool! With all the reviews online it may be hard for one to know which ones to believe and I would like everyone to know that its not often I leave reviews unless a store has gone above and beyond all expectations. This was the first time I have ordered anything on line from Lowes, and it was a great experience. They had the exact product I wanted and it was ready to pick p at my local Lowes store. I oredered the product in the morning and I picked it up after work that afternoon. The customer service staff was speedy and very courteous.

Pick up at the store was the hardest part. They were short staffed and it took some time. Also, I needed extension poles for the fan. A very helpful representative then came and helped me, even taking the entire order to my car.

When I placed the order at about 10 or 11 in the morning it said it would be delivered that same day. It was actually delivered the next day.I considered next day delivery excellent service but when lowes didn't meet the expectation they set by indicating same day delievery when I ordered it lowered my satisfation with the experience.

very happy with purchase, but the instruction manual was in Spanish, no English manual included. Resolved via phone conversation. Obviously an oversight by the delivery personnel.

THE HOSE REEL WE PURCHASED WAS ADVERTISED FOR 49.99 ON ONE PAGE WHEN WE WENT TO ORDER IT WAS IN THE 70'S . WHEN I CALLED CUSTOMER SUPPORT THEY SAID OH THAT WAS A MISTAKE . THEN THE REEL WENT ON SALE RIGHT AFTER WE PURCHASED IT. WASN'T REAL HAPPY WITH THAT.

I was disappointed that the connectors did not match the original equipment and that you do not carry a replacement connector as this issue has been raised many times with your support group.

The product is fine, except the cord was so tightly coiled that it will require time and effort to get it straight and keep it straight.The big issue for me was the 10 days between order placement and order delivery. In this day of web commerce, such a lengthy delivery time is akin to the horse and buggy era.

I did't realize when I ordered the tire covers that I needed extra hardware to attach them to the wheels. now I have to find out what to get and how to attach. rear tire cover was prefect!

Wrong product sent to me. I had to return the product and have proper product sent. CPO staff very friendly. CPO staff arranged pickup of the incorrect product and send proper item. I am very satisfied on how CPO handled the situation. Mistakes happen. Product sent was a PB360S but I ordered a PB360D.

It was very easy to compare the products I wanted on CPI's site, it was this site that really tipped me towards buying Bosch instead of Dewalt.

Doesn't work. I have read all the instructions 3 times and followed them precisely. Tried product on 3 different walls. Not sure what they do to refurbish these but the testers need to do a better job of checking the product before shipping. This is the second item I've received from CPO that obviously wasn't tested and I had to return.

Pretty happy with saw and price. However, one big problem. The BOX was not durable. I think it might be thinner carton stock than the regular box ? Parts "loose" in the box,, wrench, miter base tightning knob the worst was the hold down clamp. The clamp was quite heavy and had "broken up" the styrofoam "box" inside. The styrofoam was fairly heavily damaged. Chunks of styrofoam were knocked loose.I took pictures in case you want to see what the saw looked like when opened. It appears to work OK. I'm shipping it to my address in South America where I'll mainly use it to cross cut heavy dense wood. So much for warranty,, costs more to ship, insure, pay taxes (30%) than I paid for it. The box will be "strengthened" with "thin" plywood contact cemented to the styrofoam, top, extra packing and the loose items will be secured.There will the "this side up" stickers on the box,, out of charaBut Bosch is a BIG name,, so I shouldn't have trouble getting parts.

My new monitor did ship and arrived at the estimated date, however I was a bit disappointed to find out the shipping didn't include weekend shipping. (There wasn't even an option.)

Disappointment is from the order process which did not allow me shipping options. I required a rapid delivery. I clicked through the order process, looking for shipping options and was finished before I realized that NONE were going to be presented. As a result, my order wound up showing up a week later than I needed it.

the alum screen frames wore damage in shipment .they did not pack them with any pading so they got damaged. i dont have time to send back forth next time i just pay a little more and pick them up at the store . and look at there web it said free shipping but its not.

all i wanted was ONE kitchen drainboard from rubbermaid in a blue color. what i got was four [ 4 ] of them. i had thought that the price was a bit high when i bought , but since i could not find a blue one near my home; i went ahead with order. i did e-mail the company prior to ordering to ask them if this was the price for one . noone ever answered. BUT, i went ahead with it.now i do, indeed , have 4 when i only need one.

The zip code on the credit card didn't match the shipping zip code because the zip code in our area is changing. They sent me an email saying so with an 800 number to call. I did and it was no big deal. The customer service rep. said he'd seen this before and he'd fix it. The order got here quickly after that. No big deal.

I searched for a brushed chrome with brass accents on the internet and was unable to find what I wanted until I discovered PlumberSurplus.com.
