The ink resetter worked perfectly and reset the colors so we could see how full/empty the cartridges are. Did it the first try ~ which is unusual~!

I am thoroughly satisfied with my current and past experiences with 123refills. Instructions for re-filling a HP60 Black Ink Cartridge (printer HP4200 Series) are not clear to this first time user. There are at least 5 ports on the bottom of the cartridge. Which one should be injected? A simple drawing would help. I had to go to another supplier's site to ensure I selected the correct port.

Refill instruction on the CD was wrong. Mixed up with the another model cartridge. This caused great confusion because a reset gear was needed. Without a sample or working model to compare with, extremely difficult to figure out how it is installed and set. The correct instruction was found on the website. Fill plugs were included. But, no instruction were included to explain there were NOT meant to replace the original factory plugs. Instead they are meant for you to plug the hole you are to drill and fill. The size of the hole you need to drill was not given.For first timers, be prepare for some frustrations and confusion. My machine is the Brother MFC-9320CW.After talking to Fillserv, I get the feeling they treat customers as if they do toner refills for a living.

order: quality of product, delivery very good; previous order for another printer:printer did not accept the cartridges and it was too late to return. Have kept them but will NOT order for that printer again from FillServe.

If the item purchased wasn't needed right away, I would like to see an option where I could select a slower and later delivery (such as USPS), thus lowering the shipping cost.

My new monitor did ship and arrived at the estimated date, however I was a bit disappointed to find out the shipping didn't include weekend shipping. (There wasn't even an option.)

Disappointment is from the order process which did not allow me shipping options. I required a rapid delivery. I clicked through the order process, looking for shipping options and was finished before I realized that NONE were going to be presented. As a result, my order wound up showing up a week later than I needed it.

The zip code on the credit card didn't match the shipping zip code because the zip code in our area is changing. They sent me an email saying so with an 800 number to call. I did and it was no big deal. The customer service rep. said he'd seen this before and he'd fix it. The order got here quickly after that. No big deal.

I thought I was buying 4 boxes of 12 pencils each, when it was only four individual pencils that arrived in a very large box. The order form indicated to me that a unit was a box of 12, and I order four units. Other websites sold the same pencils at the same price for a box of 12, and I thought that was the deal here. Paying $7.95 shipping for four single pencils is ridiculous. In hindsight, I see the site was ambiguous on the quantity coding, and I should have called in advance to confirm, but at this point it would cost me more to return them than just keep them and chalk this up as a lesson learned. I am not a satisfied customer, and will only be a one-time customer.
