Instructions for re-filling a HP60 Black Ink Cartridge (printer HP4200 Series) are not clear to this first time user. There are at least 5 ports on the bottom of the cartridge. Which one should be injected? A simple drawing would help. I had to go to another supplier's site to ensure I selected the correct port.

Refill instruction on the CD was wrong. Mixed up with the another model cartridge. This caused great confusion because a reset gear was needed. Without a sample or working model to compare with, extremely difficult to figure out how it is installed and set. The correct instruction was found on the website. Fill plugs were included. But, no instruction were included to explain there were NOT meant to replace the original factory plugs. Instead they are meant for you to plug the hole you are to drill and fill. The size of the hole you need to drill was not given.For first timers, be prepare for some frustrations and confusion. My machine is the Brother MFC-9320CW.After talking to Fillserv, I get the feeling they treat customers as if they do toner refills for a living.

I decided not to return the software because Tiger Direct wanted me to return the entire order to resolve software issue! Turned out I had to insert the software in older DVD/CD drive to recognize executable program. Support should have had resolution for this issue. All is well!!!

The only item I "returned" was the unsolicited "Free Virus Protection Software" which carries with it an AUTOMATIC RENEWAL at some future point, no doubt charged to the credit card I bought my actual purchase with. My new monitor did ship and arrived at the estimated date, however I was a bit disappointed to find out the shipping didn't include weekend shipping. (There wasn't even an option.)

Disappointment is from the order process which did not allow me shipping options. I required a rapid delivery. I clicked through the order process, looking for shipping options and was finished before I realized that NONE were going to be presented. The deliver was on time and good

the resolution department is confused on how to refund my account for the returned shipments. there are 4 of them. the product is a bad product.

The product was a 4 prong stand for hanging flower baskets. The assembly was complicated and after assembly the product was not sturdy. It is not designed to hold 4 hanging baskets and I doubt if it will withstand any kind of wind or hard rain.

I had purchased a pair of eclispse curtains. Got the wrong size, and instead of shipping a new pair of curtains of the right size, i had to return this to the store and then place another order. The first time I called customer service, I was asked to go and order it online again, the call got disconnected and no one even bothered to call me. The second time the call went to parts direct although I had called the same number, the person said it was a glitch in the system and told me call back the number again so it may connect to right dept. This time person tried to help me out by placing a new order for the same curtains, by which the pricing of this had doubled, so she was trying to get me the same deal. I will never shop in Sears again.. Oh the box flaps also were not fully taped , only half the box had the tape the other half the tape was covering the box not the flaps... never seen anything shipped this way in my life.

ink sent to me was old type of cartridge, did not work in my printer. I took it to the local Office Max and they exchanged it, telling me that HP had changed their cartridges and I was sent the old ones. They were great, but confused about why I was sent old cartridges.

Office Max sends far too many e-mails. I regret that I gave you my e-mail.

Business-Supply seems to have any product that I am looking for, at the best price, they ship in a very timely fashion and if I have a question, are prompt in their response.

I thought I was buying 4 boxes of 12 pencils each, when it was only four individual pencils that arrived in a very large box. The order form indicated to me that a unit was a box of 12, and I order four units. Other websites sold the same pencils at the same price for a box of 12, and I thought that was the deal here. Paying $7.95 shipping for four single pencils is ridiculous. In hindsight, I see the site was ambiguous on the quantity coding, and I should have called in advance to confirm, but at this point it would cost me more to return them than just keep them and chalk this up as a lesson learned. I am not a satisfied customer, and will only be a one-time customer.

The item I ordered was on back order and I was not notified of the extent of the time frame. When I called I was told it was no available but expected in around the end of March (I ordered it in February)but the were not sure and they had sereval hundred on back order.

I ordered ink for my printer but they screwed up and billed and sent me two orders. Even though they admitted the mistake and sent me a return label I am keeping the second shipment. I will not be ordering from them again because I don't feel I can depend on them to get the order correct.

The product (2 suspenders PDF's) was delivered within 2 days of order. That is GOOD service!!

I received a remanufactured printer cartridge from SwapInk which failed immediately, so I had to call to get a warranty replacement. My feedback is that the contact information was nowhere in the package I received; I had to search the web to find the number to call to resolve problems. This information should be on the receipt.

I was so surprised by the incredibly quick response to my problem. I sent a copy of my shipping order (hence the snail mail) regarding a shortage. In two days I heard from the support service, and two days later received the ink cartridges I was missing. A total of five days... including regular mail. How fast is that! I was really pleased. Thank you for this attention to what must be a minor problem.

order of 500 #10 envelopes arrived damaged--box lid torn, several envelopes creased, envelopes spilling out of envelope box and into external box.

Laser printer toner defective. Waiting for Office Depot to pick-up defective toner and once received, send me a "replacement" toner cartridge.

Have not had a chance to fully evaluate the product. So far it is working as planned.

This was not my first order, great products...

The produce was delivered in a timely manner and the price was excellent but the toner seems to clog up my printer.

I haven't used the ink as yet. I ordered it before running out of supplies on hand. I do hope the ink that was ordered is compatable with the printer being used. If not I will let you know.
