I was half expecting a message from my printer telling me that I should only use their authorized ink and cartridges but happily, this did not happen. I've only used the black so far, but the quality of the print seems to be excellent.

I tried to order toner from Office Max and the toner was approx $75 for one cartridge and I needed FOUR! OUCH! I was shocked. So I went online to see if I could find better prices and found SuppliesOutlet. For all four cartridges, it came to $115 or $29 per cartridge. I was so appreciative... I didn't care when I got the products... and second surprise! There were my cartridges a few days later. I was so grateful. Thank you.

The ink resetter worked perfectly and reset the colors so we could see how full/empty the cartridges are. Did it the first try ~ which is unusual~!

It seem to vry hard to contact by phone.

Instructions for re-filling a HP60 Black Ink Cartridge (printer HP4200 Series) are not clear to this first time user. There are at least 5 ports on the bottom of the cartridge. Which one should be injected? A simple drawing would help. I had to go to another supplier's site to ensure I selected the correct port.

Refill instruction on the CD was wrong. Mixed up with the another model cartridge. This caused great confusion because a reset gear was needed. Without a sample or working model to compare with, extremely difficult to figure out how it is installed and set. The correct instruction was found on the website. Fill plugs were included. But, no instruction were included to explain there were NOT meant to replace the original factory plugs. Instead they are meant for you to plug the hole you are to drill and fill. The size of the hole you need to drill was not given.For first timers, be prepare for some frustrations and confusion. My machine is the Brother MFC-9320CW.After talking to Fillserv, I get the feeling they treat customers as if they do toner refills for a living.

It does note seam very easy to return a product that AAA Toner states on its website that it is met for and I find out that it does not fit and the manufacture does not recommend the printer drum cartridge. To may hoops to jumb thru to return this product.

Item was sent USPS, it arrived promptly, but usually anything shipped through USPS takes too long to get delivered. Howard Computers took the extra step to make sure I received it in a timely manner. And nothing can be tracked through the USPS by a citizen.

the resolution department is confused on how to refund my account for the returned shipments. there are 4 of them. the product is a bad product.

The product was a 4 prong stand for hanging flower baskets. The assembly was complicated and after assembly the product was not sturdy. It is not designed to hold 4 hanging baskets and I doubt if it will withstand any kind of wind or hard rain.

I had purchased a pair of eclispse curtains. Got the wrong size, and instead of shipping a new pair of curtains of the right size, i had to return this to the store and then place another order. The first time I called customer service, I was asked to go and order it online again, the call got disconnected and no one even bothered to call me. The second time the call went to parts direct although I had called the same number, the person said it was a glitch in the system and told me call back the number again so it may connect to right dept. This time person tried to help me out by placing a new order for the same curtains, by which the pricing of this had doubled, so she was trying to get me the same deal. I will never shop in Sears again.. Oh the box flaps also were not fully taped , only half the box had the tape the other half the tape was covering the box not the flaps... never seen anything shipped this way in my life.

The item I ordered was on back order and I was not notified of the extent of the time frame. When I called I was told it was no available but expected in around the end of March (I ordered it in February)but the were not sure and they had sereval hundred on back order.

The product came as described. Haven't used it yet but very impressed with the quick delivery and exellent customer service.

The Cartidges were of new design and we were going to return them do to the size chape and ID name that was diferent,the Abcink representative DAMARIS help us to install them and they are working fine.

All was well with this transaction. I got a really good deal on a Lenovo laptop. I only wish that shipping had been free, but at 8 bucks, its no biggie. Plus, shipping was fast. I decided not to return the software because Tiger Direct wanted me to return the entire order to resolve software issue! Turned out I had to insert the software in older DVD/CD drive to recognize executable program. Support should have had resolution for this issue. All is well!!!

I ordered a toner cartridge from Databazzar. Databazaar told me it was "out of stock" and I would be getting a refund. I have not checked yet to see if I was charged or received a refund - now I will.

I received my order of two color ink cartridges at 4:10 p.m. on Friday April 21. I have NOT received by order of two black ink cartridges. It seems an unusually long time to travel from Florida to South Carolina.

ordered what appeared to be a three piece cookware. received one piece of the three. Sharon at customer service said she would email the extent of our conversation, no e-mail. Was going to order the rest of the set, call friends and asked what they thought of the picture, the order set up and they as well as I expected the whole. VERY CAREFUL scrutiny of the write up still did not clarify that hree pieces had to be ordered.

If the item purchased wasn't needed right away, I would like to see an option where I could select a slower and later delivery (such as USPS), thus lowering the shipping cost.

The transaction with Shop4Tech was without any surprises. I found the item, ordered it, paid by credit card, product arrived earlier than expected, product was what I thought it would be and it works very well.
