I usually don't purchase clothes online because I am never sure of the quality of the sizing, material, etc. Although the sizing was correct, I was disappointed with the thinness and overall quality of the material of the t-shirts I purchased. I assumed that since it was promoted as "Collegiate Licensed" merchandise and was somewhat pricey--that it was of a higher qulity...goes to show, don't assume! I chose not to return--but I won't be purchasing anything else from this source.

I ordered sports equipment for my son hoping that it would come in time for his competition. The package was delivered the day of his test, except that I was sent something that I didn't order. But I did get right on the phone and the attendant was very helpful and resubmitted my order w/o charge to me. The people that send out merchandise should take the time to read the order to fill it correctly. As of today, I'm still waiting for his MMA boxing gloves to be delivered.

Found what I wanted at a decent price...shipping took forever....3-4 days past what the stated shipping time was and package tracking took 2-3 to update its progress.

For some reason shipping information couldnt load for me on the NHL shop website, so I never had accurate shipping.information, and i couldnt take the tracking number elsewhere because it was unclear who the carrier was. Maybe just including the carrier name in the shipping.email would be more helpful. Otherwise everything was great.

I did a thorough internet research for the "right" stadium seat and what we got exceeded expectations. Being an engineer, the engineering and assembly is made for long lasting and handling and use. I couldn't have picked a better product. Thanks!

My purchase was a birthday gift for my son and he is very satisfied with the product. He explained to me it was really a nice seat for the sporting events he attends for my grandson. I plan to purchase additional stadium seats for the rest of my family, as their birthdays arrive.
