My new monitor did ship and arrived at the estimated date, however I was a bit disappointed to find out the shipping didn't include weekend shipping. (There wasn't even an option.)

Disappointment is from the order process which did not allow me shipping options. I required a rapid delivery. I clicked through the order process, looking for shipping options and was finished before I realized that NONE were going to be presented. As a result, my order wound up showing up a week later than I needed it.

Target's online ad did not have the product I was looking for, and none of the items shown met my needs. In general, I would prefer to shop in my local Target store, and only searched their website becaus the store did not have what I need either.

I have said this numerous times. The handling and duty fee needs to be dealt with. I was ready to buy an authentic jersey with a 20% off promotion. The price was finally affordable and then the handling and duty fee was $87 to Canada! This voids the promotion. This is very disappointing and unfair. I know this situation is bigger than nba.com, but something needs to be dealt with.

I ordered my items to be shipped via UPS Worldwide Expedited, shipping in 2 - 4 business days. However, delivery took 8 business days ! The package has gone via 3 destinations in the US, 1 in UK, 2 in Germany and 1 in Denmark before arriving at destination in Finland ! Lucky I did not order standard shipment... !

I ordered sports equipment for my son hoping that it would come in time for his competition. The package was delivered the day of his test, except that I was sent something that I didn't order. But I did get right on the phone and the attendant was very helpful and resubmitted my order w/o charge to me. The people that send out merchandise should take the time to read the order to fill it correctly. As of today, I'm still waiting for his MMA boxing gloves to be delivered.
