I have said this numerous times. The handling and duty fee needs to be dealt with. I was ready to buy an authentic jersey with a 20% off promotion. The price was finally affordable and then the handling and duty fee was $87 to Canada! This voids the promotion. This is very disappointing and unfair. I know this situation is bigger than nba.com, but something needs to be dealt with.

I ordered my items to be shipped via UPS Worldwide Expedited, shipping in 2 - 4 business days. However, delivery took 8 business days ! The package has gone via 3 destinations in the US, 1 in UK, 2 in Germany and 1 in Denmark before arriving at destination in Finland ! Lucky I did not order standard shipment... !

It would have been helpful if that fact had been made more clear when the original order was placed. However, they have been ordered from Competitive Edge with free shipping and a $5.00 off coupon sent with the original order!Communication was excellent during the shipping from both CE and ABFS.The truck driver for ABFS was very courteous. He delivered the boxes to the back of the house and even helped insect the shipment for damage!The shed was fairly easy to assemble; the picture instructions are clear and most of the shed can be done by one person. The finished shed looks fine.

Called on 4/20 to inquire about my order, after being on hold several minutes I left a message, no one called me back, instead I get an email with the delivery information. Then I get this email to confirm receipt of product when per the tracking info is not due until tomorrow.
