I think I've said it before and will continue to say that I can't see myself ordering my gear from any other site. The site is easy to navigate, so I always find exactly what I want quickly. Pricing is competitive, delivery is prompt, and the only time I've contacted customer service, my issue was immediately resolved. In other words, "The Z is for me".

UPS delivered to the wrong house about 2 miles away. That resident called me as the phone number was on the package and I retrieved it. I contacted UPS to tell them of the error.

I have purchased a few times from Woodwind & Brasswind now, I feel comfortable. Packings and products are all adequate and secured. One thing I noticed was they have a lot of selections but the search engine somehow was not flexible enough to find the partial key word I entered. I had to google to find out more specific keyword and came back to Woodwind & Brasswind site to get it.

I was very disappointed with Music123 and the way my order was handled. The item I purchased was backordered, which I completely understand. However, the original ship date came and went. And I contacted customer support, they told me it was pushed back. Then that date came and went, again, it slipped. Eventually Music123 shipped me, supposedly, the item I ordered. Except the item came, and it was the wrong color. I contacted Music123 about fixing this problem. They told me I could get a refund, but they can't get me the item I ordered and waited almost 3 months for. I feel like they could have resolved this problem quickly by contacting the manufacturer, but they insisted that they can't do that.Their poor service and unwillingness to communicate with the manufacturer on my behalf cost me time and money, with no recompense. I will vehemently divert potential customers away from Music123 unless they offer some sort of reasonable amends.

The day that I ordered cable wire, I had also ordered an item from another company. I have reeived my item from you and was happy with the quick shipping. I am still waiting for the other item from the other company. Also liked the tracking number,i was able to track my shipment all the way thru delivery. Other company has no tracking.

My experience has been great and continues to be. If I had one thing to critique, I think if a sticker or some sort of LARGE PRINT note stating tonot throw away any packaging until the 45 days is done.

Terrible experience. A hold was placed on my Paypal Balance for several days therefore I couldn't use my own money. The Order was Cancelled due to the Scratch and Dent Item no longer being available. Need to keep better track of inventory. No Offer for alternative item or substitute.

I called to asked about an amp that was a scratch and dent item. They told me it was in perfect working condition. When it came I was expecting it to be all beat up, but it only had one tiny little tear in the tolex on the bottom. So, I'm well pleased with this purchase. The amp sounds amazing too!
