The laptop battery I ordered was the best price I could find online, it arrived fast (in 4 days) and is working great so far. The only reason I gave USB phone world a 9 out of 10 instead of a 10 is because there hasn't been enough time yet to test the battery thoroughly, but so far I am extremely pleased.

My new monitor did ship and arrived at the estimated date, however I was a bit disappointed to find out the shipping didn't include weekend shipping. (There wasn't even an option.)

Disappointment is from the order process which did not allow me shipping options. I required a rapid delivery. I clicked through the order process, looking for shipping options and was finished before I realized that NONE were going to be presented. As a result, my order wound up showing up a week later than I needed it.

Item was sent USPS, it arrived promptly, but usually anything shipped through USPS takes too long to get delivered. Howard Computers took the extra step to make sure I received it in a timely manner. And nothing can be tracked through the USPS by a citizen.

I just ordered a class set of special composition notebooks, and they were delivered to Fairbanks, Alaska within a week. They are perfect for math/science notebooks!

I have yet to recieve part of my order. When I contacted support, they were unable to give me any information on my order.

Some of the pants were a bit too long, but delivery was very fast.Prefer to order online now because too many times I cannot find the size, color, availability, etc., of whatever at the local Kmarts. The closest Kmart was made into a Sears Essentials and then failed, big surprise.

the resolution department is confused on how to refund my account for the returned shipments. there are 4 of them. the product is a bad product.

The product was a 4 prong stand for hanging flower baskets. The assembly was complicated and after assembly the product was not sturdy. It is not designed to hold 4 hanging baskets and I doubt if it will withstand any kind of wind or hard rain.

I've rarely had any problem with Sears shopping or products. Have or had lots of tools. Been s shopping venue for me since the 40's

I had purchased a pair of eclispse curtains. Got the wrong size, and instead of shipping a new pair of curtains of the right size, i had to return this to the store and then place another order. The first time I called customer service, I was asked to go and order it online again, the call got disconnected and no one even bothered to call me. The second time the call went to parts direct although I had called the same number, the person said it was a glitch in the system and told me call back the number again so it may connect to right dept. This time person tried to help me out by placing a new order for the same curtains, by which the pricing of this had doubled, so she was trying to get me the same deal. I will never shop in Sears again.. Oh the box flaps also were not fully taped , only half the box had the tape the other half the tape was covering the box not the flaps... never seen anything shipped this way in my life.

It was a mix up online concerning the shipping method. I wanted the items shipped to my physical address. Instead, they were shipped to a store. However, once I explained my problem to customer service personnel, the order was reversed and shipped to my home. That is the only reason that I did not give high marks on most choices.

This is the way things should be! My question about availability was swiftly and competently answered in an on-line chat, I was notified by email of shipping, checked the tracking information, and received the package just as promised.

Printer arrived before it was expected and is performing as expected.

The item I ordered was on back order and I was not notified of the extent of the time frame. When I called I was told it was no available but expected in around the end of March (I ordered it in February)but the were not sure and they had sereval hundred on back order.

I was impressed with how quickly the order was delivered and also the vast selection.

I decided not to return the software because Tiger Direct wanted me to return the entire order to resolve software issue! Turned out I had to insert the software in older DVD/CD drive to recognize executable program. Support should have had resolution for this issue. All is well!!!
