The laptop battery I ordered was the best price I could find online, it arrived fast (in 4 days) and is working great so far. The only reason I gave USB phone world a 9 out of 10 instead of a 10 is because there hasn't been enough time yet to test the battery thoroughly, but so far I am extremely pleased.

My new monitor did ship and arrived at the estimated date, however I was a bit disappointed to find out the shipping didn't include weekend shipping. (There wasn't even an option.)

Disappointment is from the order process which did not allow me shipping options. I required a rapid delivery. I clicked through the order process, looking for shipping options and was finished before I realized that NONE were going to be presented. As a result, my order wound up showing up a week later than I needed it.

Item was sent USPS, it arrived promptly, but usually anything shipped through USPS takes too long to get delivered. Howard Computers took the extra step to make sure I received it in a timely manner. And nothing can be tracked through the USPS by a citizen.

I just ordered a class set of special composition notebooks, and they were delivered to Fairbanks, Alaska within a week. They are perfect for math/science notebooks!

I have yet to recieve part of my order. When I contacted support, they were unable to give me any information on my order.

Some of the pants were a bit too long, but delivery was very fast.Prefer to order online now because too many times I cannot find the size, color, availability, etc., of whatever at the local Kmarts. The closest Kmart was made into a Sears Essentials and then failed, big surprise.

Unit will not work have tried several times to contact bird finally got them went thru their ritual finally they said to return it to them. I am in scottsboro al fishing a tournament which I really wanted the bird for. it just won't work so when I get home I will send it to someone

The product I purchased(Tusa) FK-940 diving knife was advertised as being able to be disassembled for cleaning. Salt water diving is very harsh on metal and when the metal (within the knife handle) is not accessible for cleaning, rust starts immediately. I am not happy with this very crucial issue.

I ordered three (3) pairs surf/dive boots. Two (2) pair were the correct size (10) and one (1) was size five (5). Much too small.

The item I ordered was on back order and I was not notified of the extent of the time frame. When I called I was told it was no available but expected in around the end of March (I ordered it in February)but the were not sure and they had sereval hundred on back order.

Unfortunately, it doesn't indicate that the camera has limited use without an auxillary memory card. I would have ordered that at the same time had I known that.

All was well with this transaction. I got a really good deal on a Lenovo laptop. I only wish that shipping had been free, but at 8 bucks, its no biggie. Plus, shipping was fast. Also, I am wondering why I was charged sales tax.... This usually isn't the case with internet orders, and considering the cost of this item, it was around 25 bucks.

The only item I "returned" was the unsolicited "Free Virus Protection Software" which carries with it an AUTOMATIC RENEWAL at some future point, no doubt charged to the credit card I bought my actual purchase with. I decided not to return the software because Tiger Direct wanted me to return the entire order to resolve software issue! Turned out I had to insert the software in older DVD/CD drive to recognize executable program. Support should have had resolution for this issue. All is well!!!
