I never received my shipment. There was supposedly a problem with the manufacturer and it was never shipped out to me...so WHY wasn't I notified?? I really needed this on time. I had to call and supposedly the manufacturer is not honoring the price. When you place an order they dont check to see if the order has been fulfilled when its drop shipped from the manufacturer. Bad system. Won't be going back!!! NOW I'm out 2 weeks and have to try to get my money back or wait until they resolve the issue with the manufacturer.

i believe this seller completely forgot to process my order. i placed it on 3/2/12, and by the time i received bizrate's shipping confirmation notice, i realized i had not even received any info that the product had been shipped, much less the product itself. i contacted the seller--it took two days for a response! and no apology or explanation for the delay, either, the email simply informed me that my purchase had shipped on 3/13 and provided a ups tracking number. really? it took 11 days for an in-stock item to be processed for shipping? i don't think so. then when i received the ups tracking info, it said that the shipping information had been sent to ups on the 14th, not the 13th. clearly somebody goofed BIG TIME, and then lied about it, so honestly, I don't care how fabulous my purchase is, i'm not doing any more business with RES

Target's online ad did not have the product I was looking for, and none of the items shown met my needs. In general, I would prefer to shop in my local Target store, and only searched their website becaus the store did not have what I need either.

Once you add shipping AND tax the price wasnt that great.HOW can you charge me tax when i ordered it on the internet and you people SHIPPED from another state?!?!?There is no "QVC" store here.QVC IS WAY OVERRATED!I am really NOT impressed.I am used to getting WAY better deals on other websites/stores but QVC was the ONLY place i could find this item for MOTHERS DAY.ONLY because it was for mom did i order and pay MORE THAN I SHOULD HAVE!I notice that i have to pay the SAME price to ship BACK the product if i want to return it.WHAT if YOU PEOPLE made the mistake and i wanted to return it or your item description was WRONG and you people are at fault?Do you still TRY to make me pay the return shipping?I say "try" because IF you DONT sell what you AGREED to (the item is wrong,etc) then it is ILLEGAL for you jerk holes to try to charge your customers for your mistake.I hear the sound of a "payment dispute" in the background.I likely WONT buy from qvc again.good riddance.

Return shipping and handling fee too high. Should not have to pay S & H when the mistake is not the customer's.Returns are easy to make.

Wore sandals two days on vacation and side strap is coming away from sole of shoe. Will have to return. Purchased many Clark shoes online from QVC and am very disappointed with these.

Hours of operation via telephone are a bit limited when ordering from overseas. But, my e-mail was responded to very quickly which helped a lot. Staff were very helpful and polite.

Poor shipping of products, not enough bubble wrap causing tearing and openingof almost all envelope protein packets in box. Have order many times before with more than enough bubble wrap,peanuts etc. First time happening.

Have used this company on a couple of occasions. There dog products for pills are great. I have a greyhound that needs to take meds daily and I use the pill pockets daily. The pricing is good and delivery is excellent.
