I wanted an Omega Juicer, so I looked to my Mac and Internet and found the Juicer I wanted and then I purchased it. Then it arrived at my home. I will not go to the that store due to it's in another State, too many hundred miles to pop in for a chat. I will only know the store by internet.

contacted agent after 3 weeks of payment and was told that he is waiting for stock and if I would like an earlier model with a $40 refund. To me that's unsatisfactory. I should have been told earlier and not until i made the contact questioning the date of arrival. What happens if i had not contacted him???

Poor shipping of products, not enough bubble wrap causing tearing and openingof almost all envelope protein packets in box. Have order many times before with more than enough bubble wrap,peanuts etc. First time happening.

The main bowl of the food mill appears to be a little more flimsy than I would like it to be. I am also concerned that it might be cheaply constructed or that the materials used may be inferior/harmful to health now that I see it was made in China. I have not used it yet, so I will withhold any further judgment until I do. The cookie scoop and pizza pans are exactly what I expected.

My mother had her hands cut multiple times by your packing material. She is undergoing chemotherapy and it took all night for her to stop bleeding. I emailed the company and got ZERO response.

She shows a genuine willingingness to serve above and beyond. Her kindness toward those of us who are hearing impaired is appreciated. She is a gem! Cutlery And More has packaged each order so that it arrives in excellent condition. Although they have no control of what happens to the package once it leaves their destination, they make sure that each item is packaged to arrive unscathed.

Have used this company on a couple of occasions. There dog products for pills are great. I have a greyhound that needs to take meds daily and I use the pill pockets daily. The pricing is good and delivery is excellent.
