All was well with this transaction. I got a really good deal on a Lenovo laptop. I only wish that shipping had been free, but at 8 bucks, its no biggie. Plus, shipping was fast. Also, I am wondering why I was charged sales tax.... This usually isn't the case with internet orders, and considering the cost of this item, it was around 25 bucks.

The only item I "returned" was the unsolicited "Free Virus Protection Software" which carries with it an AUTOMATIC RENEWAL at some future point, no doubt charged to the credit card I bought my actual purchase with. This type of marketing is pure, unadulterated BOVINE DISCHARGE. STOP IT, it is a reprehensible practice.

The zip code on the credit card didn't match the shipping zip code because the zip code in our area is changing. They sent me an email saying so with an 800 number to call. I did and it was no big deal. The customer service rep. said he'd seen this before and he'd fix it. The order got here quickly after that. No big deal.

He said he would find out the status of my order and get back to me. Within 15-20 minutes, maybe less, he called me to let me know where my order was and when it would be delivered. ordered what appeared to be a three piece cookware. received one piece of the three. Sharon at customer service said she would email the extent of our conversation, no e-mail. Was going to order the rest of the set, call friends and asked what they thought of the picture, the order set up and they as well as I expected the whole. VERY CAREFUL scrutiny of the write up still did not clarify that hree pieces had to be ordered.

Unit will not work have tried several times to contact bird finally got them went thru their ritual finally they said to return it to them. I am in scottsboro al fishing a tournament which I really wanted the bird for. it just won't work so when I get home I will send it to someone

Have not recieved my order, it was ordered 2 day air 7 days ago.Customer service is a joke, if you can get them to answer the phone, had to get customer service through online chatSupervisors or managers won't return phone calls (even left them my cell number)It seems like nobody cares or gives a damn about customer service.As you can tell shipping.....well, just has not happened (still waiting)Have purchased from this company for over 10 years, I think we are done after this round of nonsense.

I give up calling on the item not delivered issue again. last time it was crazy experience ... I did not get it the tracking said it was delivered ... This is second time with same issue... I tried to change address to be delivered at my company Bose , but shipping ... costs changed as soon as I changed the address to them ... I dont want to be bounced again between UPS and Target for three months ... Why can't day seek signature for delivery????

I like Tiger Direct because of their convenience, pricing, product availability and range of products. I have never had a problem with any of Tiger Direct's merchandise, and the one time I was unable to order by website, both the support person I reported the problem to and the sales person I ordered through were polite and thorough. They have been a pleasure to deal with.

My order was handled perfectly, even though the website said it would be delivered Tuesday and the shipping confirmation/actual delivery was Wednesday. It was my fault that I didn't know this video card was no where as good as the one I was replacing (nVidia 9600GSO replacing 8800GT). I will be either disposing of or giving away this card once I get the nVidia 560Ti448 that I ordered to replace it.

Unhappy with FedEx delivery person who clearly had planned to leave my purchase on my front porch -- clearly visible to anyone passing by. The delivery person did not know I was at home because he did not ring my doorbell. I just happened to see his truck and went to the door as he was descending the steps whereupon he returned to the scanner he had left on the porch and actually handed it to me.
