I had one lamp delivered broken. The customer support rep Pamala Zrust rapidly replaced the item and followed through with instructions for disposal. It was refreshing to have such great service.

While the products arrived on time according to when they told me they would arrive, I was rather amazed (negatively so) that it took a week from the time of order to receiving the shipping information. The norm these days is that products tend to ship in one to 2 days, so the delay was rather disconcerting. There was no information up front regarding the time from order to shipment and this would have been nice (in fact, I deem it essential for good customer service).

I actually bought two lighted magnifying mirrors. The first one was a little too large for my smaller bathroom but would fit nicely in our master bath. Your customer service representative was more than obliging to accept the return of the larger one if we wished, but we decided that we'd order the smaller one and keep both. The mirrors really help with these "mature" eyes.

I purchased the squirrel baffle since a previous customer wrote that the baffle really works. We have not been so successful. We watched squirrels jump from a tree to get a grip on a tiny ledge of the sunflower feeder. The feeder has now been moved and another baffle has been place over the one we purchased from you. To date, the squirrels haven't been able to get to the feeder. Outwitting squirrels is a full-time job!

Given the amount paid for shipping a little more could have gone into packing materials. The product was shipped in its own box with no additional protection. Box arrived torn, heavily taped, and pretty beat up. Fortunately the contents escaped damaged.

This retailer has everything for the garden at very reasonable prices. They also stock a variety of planters, insecticidal soaps and garden problem solvers that some of the more well known online garden companies do not stock. Will definitely shop at GARDEN.com again!
