They have a price match guarantee. I found the product at a lower price. I was charged the full price and then promised a refund. I have contacted them twice about my refund and I am still waiting.

The only thing that I was disappointed about is that I am accustom to getting free shipping from you all and becasue I could not afford to buy to boxes this time, I had to pay the shipping. Maybe shipping should be free if a person has been ordering from you for years or after a certain number of time contacts are purchased from you.

I had 2 pair that seemed to be mishaped when i tried to wear them fresh out of the box. don't know why, the other pairs were fine. other than that i have ordered before and those were fine. still a good deal.

Originally, I thought the website would not allow me to enter the PROPER eyeglass prescription. As a result, I have beautiful glasses, out of which, I cannot see. I have now called Customer Service, and to rectify YOUR mistake, it will cost me over $175.OO to get what I as promised for $29.99 on my first order. I will NOT participate in your bait-and-switch. I told the rep to cancel the return shipping label. I will VERY negatively review your company.

It was hard to tell if the glasses fit my face since it was bought online instead of a store. The glasses I ordered were a bit big for my face.

Thanks for contacting me on my daughters contact order.But, I did not appreciate the cancelation if the order was close to the 1 year exam. I thought she had a few days left.She does not use them as fast for both her eyes are the same Rx.

I expected the contacts to arrive sooner than they did. I finally used the 'contact us' email and said I had misplaced the email with the tracking number. I rcvd an automated email with FAQS instead of a 'human' reply. Turns out, the contacts arrived the afternoon that I had rcvd the auto-reply email.

I have purchased contacts several times from Ship My Contacts and always received in a few days. My prescription was changed this time so when I ordered them they were not in stock and had to order them from the manufacturer. They did notify me of this and the representative made every effort to expedite them for me.
