Maybe shipping should be free if a person has been ordering from you for years or after a certain number of time contacts are purchased from you.

I had 2 pair that seemed to be mishaped when i tried to wear them fresh out of the box. don't know why, the other pairs were fine. other than that i have ordered before and those were fine. still a good deal.

I have now called Customer Service, and to rectify YOUR mistake, it will cost me over $175.OO to get what I as promised for $29.99 on my first order. I will NOT participate in your bait-and-switch. I told the rep to cancel the return shipping label. I will VERY negatively review your company.

I could get them in Toronto at one time but they were discontinued when there was a product shift among manufacturers. I need to check if they have been re-introduced into the Canadian market.

My prescription was changed this time so when I ordered them they were not in stock and had to order them from the manufacturer. They did notify me of this and the representative made every effort to expedite them for me.
