2012-05-20 byThe product was a 4 prong stand for hanging flower baskets. The assembly was complicated and after assembly the product was not sturdy. It is not designed to hold 4 hanging baskets and I doubt if it will withstand any kind of wind or hard rain.

Got the wrong size, and instead of shipping a new pair of curtains of the right size, i had to return this to the store and then place another order. The first time I called customer service, I was asked to go and order it online again, the call got disconnected and no one even bothered to call me. The second time the call went to parts direct although I had called the same number, the person said it was a glitch in the system and told me call back the number again so it may connect to right dept. This time person tried to help me out by placing a new order for the same curtains, by which the pricing of this had doubled, so she was trying to get me the same deal. I will never shop in Sears again.. Oh the box flaps also were not fully taped , only half the box had the tape the other half the tape was covering the box not the flaps... never seen anything shipped this way in my life.

The delivery person did not know I was at home because he did not ring my doorbell. I just happened to see his truck and went to the door as he was descending the steps whereupon he returned to the scanner he had left on the porch and actually handed it to me.

When I ask about the D5100 camera body only I purchased. They should have ask what lens (Nikon D50) did I have for this camera, and let me know that the lens I have, would not work on the D5100. and suggested I get the body and Lens Package. I was informed by someone that all Nikon lens are inter-changeable. Then I wouldn't have to return my purchase and you would have made a bigger sale. other wise I am impressed with Ritz service.

They have offered to show me products similar to the one I wanted but no offer to cancel the order and start over.

I GOT THE WRONG ORDER 2 X IN 1 WK I WAS TOLD TO PAY MY RETURN POSTAGE, I ASK FOR A SUPERVISOR AND SHE GAVE ME $10. CREDIT. I RECEIVE THE 2ND WRONG ORDER ON MONDAY,AND TOLD TO RETURN AT MY EXPENSE, I SAID NO AND CALLED BACK TUESDAY TO SUPERVISOR(KRISTIN, A SMART MOUTH YOUNG WOMEN)SHE WOULD CREDIT ME $5 FOR THE 2ND WRONG ORDER RETURN POSTAGE.
