Recharging kit deployed without cause or provocation during first day of use. I am positive that it was installed correctly. One possible contributing factor is that the part was dated 2008.?!

I had ordered this product overnight delivery. I did not think it would get mailed that same day, being so late in the day, but Beach Audio still managed to get it out that evening, and I had recieved next day.

I like to shop QVC because I don't have to run all over town looking for unique products. It wastes time and gas.

Return shipping and handling fee too high. Should not have to pay S & H when the mistake is not the customer's.Returns are easy to make.

Wore sandals two days on vacation and side strap is coming away from sole of shoe. Will have to return. Purchased many Clark shoes online from QVC and am very disappointed with these.

the resolution department is confused on how to refund my account for the returned shipments. there are 4 of them. the product is a bad product.

The product was a 4 prong stand for hanging flower baskets. The assembly was complicated and after assembly the product was not sturdy. It is not designed to hold 4 hanging baskets and I doubt if it will withstand any kind of wind or hard rain.

I've rarely had any problem with Sears shopping or products. Have or had lots of tools. Been s shopping venue for me since the 40's

I had purchased a pair of eclispse curtains. Got the wrong size, and instead of shipping a new pair of curtains of the right size, i had to return this to the store and then place another order. The first time I called customer service, I was asked to go and order it online again, the call got disconnected and no one even bothered to call me. The second time the call went to parts direct although I had called the same number, the person said it was a glitch in the system and told me call back the number again so it may connect to right dept. This time person tried to help me out by placing a new order for the same curtains, by which the pricing of this had doubled, so she was trying to get me the same deal. I will never shop in Sears again.. Oh the box flaps also were not fully taped , only half the box had the tape the other half the tape was covering the box not the flaps... never seen anything shipped this way in my life.

I have been looking for a year and couldn't find the 3 section lounge cushions anywhere. All of our Kmarts are closed up so I didn't think to look for a KMart online. I have added that to my online browsing list now.

I chose to complete check out through Amazon. I was not given the opportunity to add a gift card. I was not given the opportunity to print information about the vendor. When the product was delayed I had great difficulty tracking the vendor, the purchase and the shipment.

I GOT THE WRONG ORDER 2 X IN 1 WK I WAS TOLD TO PAY MY RETURN POSTAGE, I ASK FOR A SUPERVISOR AND SHE GAVE ME $10. CREDIT. I RECEIVE THE 2ND WRONG ORDER ON MONDAY,AND TOLD TO RETURN AT MY EXPENSE, I SAID NO AND CALLED BACK TUESDAY TO SUPERVISOR(KRISTIN, A SMART MOUTH YOUNG WOMEN)SHE WOULD CREDIT ME $5 FOR THE 2ND WRONG ORDER RETURN POSTAGE. I SAID IT COST ME A TOTAL OF $18 TO RETURN BOTH WRONG ORDERS AND I WANTED $8.SHE KEPT SAYING OVER AGAIN "I WILL CREDIT YOU $5.00", AS IF SHE WAS NOT EVEN HEARING WHAT I WAS SAYING. SHE GAVE ME THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE CARE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED. YOU WOULD EXPECT A CUSTOMER CARE SUPERVISOR TO HANDLE THIS MATTER IN A MORE PROFESSIONAL WAY. WHEN I ASK TO SPEAK TO HER SUPERVISOR, SHE SAID SHE WAS "THE ONE AND ONLY SUPERVISOR", THEN I SAID I WOULD CALL BACK TO GET ANOTHER SUPERVISOR, FEELING SHE WAS TRYING TO PREVENT ME FROM TELLING HER BOSS HOW RUDE SHE WAS AND NOT REPRESENTING YOUR VERY WELL AS A CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE PERSON.
