When I called about my order telling them I did not receive it, the lady was very nice. She looked it up and said it had been delivered to my address. BUT it hadn't. A couple of days after I called it was on my porch. I do not know who signed for it as they spelt my name wrong. So I don't know what was going on. I would like to know.

i am satisfied with the process. I had to get pointers to complete my purchase since I did't comprehend the rules about using all of my points.

the product is high quality however the order getting lost at first kind of put a damper on the order because i live in the mountains and need to be here when delivered so pretty inconvenient but it is a learning experience and i may try it again. First time buyer, very pleased with the socks I bought.

I feel the shipping fees are way too high. I paid for 2-3 day shipping it wasn't clear that it was the shipping time it would ne sent from the warehouse . I thought you'd reseve it in 2-3 days. We didn't get it in time for my daughters 5 th grade colonial day at school. She was very up set and had no costume to wear with her classmates and her is effected by this.

Product was damaged on arrival. Box looked fine but metal parts are bent.

The product we ordered arrived broken and was refused.

I made an online oreder to be picked up at the store. I received a confirmation that the oreder was received and another one that it was ready to be picked up. When I arrived at the counter and said I was here to pick up an order, the clerk asked what was my order for and proceeded to contact someone. The next person asked what I ordered and after several minutes retrieved a copy of my order and proceeded to fill it while I waited. I had to tell them 3 times what was on my order. Yes, I had brought my order number. I see no point to making an online order.

Need to work on your shipping... Very disappointed...

This particular chair was smaller than what we expected. It was not a problem for us since we needed another chair for a smaller person. We have since ordered a similar, larger chair from BizChair.

Shipping status changes whould be automatically sent to me - I should not have to make any effort to go look it up. Only after I received an email indicating my order might have been delievered the day before, did I find instructions on how to find the status. And then, the status was not clear. I really only learned status when I saw two days later that it had just shipped.

The delivery company called yesterday to let me know they plan to deliver the desk today. They said they will call 1 hour before they come. Since I haven't received the desk yet, I didn't feel the survey was applicable. So far I have no reason to be dissatisfied with the purchase.

The Portland Loft Desk exceeded my expectation. It is prefect for that person that needs a small desk that doesn't take up alot of room, but at times needs additional work space. Your color swatch doesn't do justice to the richness of the actual color. This is a beautful, well made piece of furniture. Love it!

Their website referred to a low price guarantee. I found an identical item for $34 less. They said thay could not match the price. They offered to see if they could cancel the order. I said go ahead with the order and also aksed them to give me their best price on another as I would likely be ordering another. They did not respond.

The chair I purchased exactly met my expectations. The delivery was within 36-hours of purchase and it was extreamly easy to assemble with clear instructions and all the tools needed.

The cat beds I purchased were not what I expected. I thought they would be 13 inches deep but instead were 13 inches high when they were popped out to make the enclosed cat bed.

I have been a customer for quite a while, and have never been disappointed with the organization.

Excellent place to buy just about anything at a great price with low to no shipping.

I am very disappointed with my recent purchase at homeclick. My purchase was shipped on 5/9/12 via YRC, yet I did not get the delivery until 5/18/12. The delivery was scheduled to arrive at my home between 9-5 on 5/18, so I took the day off work to be home for this delivery. After calling YRC several times to get the status of the delivery, they did not deliver my shippment until 7 PM !!! This was unacceptable, you give an 8 hour window of delivery and you still can't deliver on time! To top it off, YRC or Homeclick did not call me to update the status of my delivery, the only way I knew that my delivery was even still en route was that I called YRC several times on Friday. I called Homeclick as well on Friday, the representative just said to call back on Monday during normal business hours. I called at 6:50 PM, after my delivery was almost 2 hours late.

The product was seemingly held up in the FedEX circuit so the deliverly date was delayed by two days which was not really a problem. Homeclick was not at fault. I was pleased to be able to easily track it with the link provided by Homeclick.

I received 14 of the 20 ordered units on 5/17/2012 the remaining 6 are on back-order. Scheduled to ship sometime in the next 7 to 10 business days.Will the next shipment reference the same order number or some type of back-order shipment? I will only get concered if I don't know or see ant updates before the 7-10 day window expires.

I'm still waiting for a portion of my order - there was a backorder and I haven't had any updates on the status of availability.

So far the pieces received exceeded expectation and they look great so far on the cabinets. Waiting for the rest of the order to be delivered so we can finalize the cabinets.

Took them three days to notify me that hinges were back ordered, fortunately had a understanding homeowner. Once the product arrived found it to be of acceptable quality and appearance.

I truley loved the product. However, the only dislike I have about this purchase is I was purchasing to possibly buy a big order. Of course, price has a big part in my decision and the day after I purchased my items, the price went up by $3. each item. I'm not sure if I will purchase because of this price hike, or not.

I had one lamp delivered broken. The customer support rep Pamala Zrust rapidly replaced the item and followed through with instructions for disposal. It was refreshing to have such great service.

While the products arrived on time according to when they told me they would arrive, I was rather amazed (negatively so) that it took a week from the time of order to receiving the shipping information. The norm these days is that products tend to ship in one to 2 days, so the delay was rather disconcerting. There was no information up front regarding the time from order to shipment and this would have been nice (in fact, I deem it essential for good customer service).

Everything was great until I tried to put the arms on the chair. I tried several different ways but regardless of how I tried, could not get the screw holes to align with the arm. So I am using the chair without the arms.

THE CHAIRS WERE NOT HIGH ENOUGH FOR MY DESK.
