The zip code on the credit card didn't match the shipping zip code because the zip code in our area is changing. They sent me an email saying so with an 800 number to call. I did and it was no big deal. The customer service rep. said he'd seen this before and he'd fix it. The order got here quickly after that. No big deal.

I made an online oreder to be picked up at the store. I received a confirmation that the oreder was received and another one that it was ready to be picked up. When I arrived at the counter and said I was here to pick up an order, the clerk asked what was my order for and proceeded to contact someone. The next person asked what I ordered and after several minutes retrieved a copy of my order and proceeded to fill it while I waited. I had to tell them 3 times what was on my order. Yes, I had brought my order number. I see no point to making an online order.

The cat beds I purchased were not what I expected. I thought they would be 13 inches deep but instead were 13 inches high when they were popped out to make the enclosed cat bed.

the resolution department is confused on how to refund my account for the returned shipments. there are 4 of them. the product is a bad product.

The product was a 4 prong stand for hanging flower baskets. The assembly was complicated and after assembly the product was not sturdy. It is not designed to hold 4 hanging baskets and I doubt if it will withstand any kind of wind or hard rain.

I've rarely had any problem with Sears shopping or products. Have or had lots of tools. Been s shopping venue for me since the 40's

I had purchased a pair of eclispse curtains. Got the wrong size, and instead of shipping a new pair of curtains of the right size, i had to return this to the store and then place another order. The first time I called customer service, I was asked to go and order it online again, the call got disconnected and no one even bothered to call me. The second time the call went to parts direct although I had called the same number, the person said it was a glitch in the system and told me call back the number again so it may connect to right dept. This time person tried to help me out by placing a new order for the same curtains, by which the pricing of this had doubled, so she was trying to get me the same deal. I will never shop in Sears again.. Oh the box flaps also were not fully taped , only half the box had the tape the other half the tape was covering the box not the flaps... never seen anything shipped this way in my life.

All was well with this transaction. I got a really good deal on a Lenovo laptop. I only wish that shipping had been free, but at 8 bucks, its no biggie. Plus, shipping was fast. The only item I "returned" was the unsolicited "Free Virus Protection Software" which carries with it an AUTOMATIC RENEWAL at some future point, no doubt charged to the credit card I bought my actual purchase with. I like Tiger Direct because of their convenience, pricing, product availability and range of products. I have never had a problem with any of Tiger Direct's merchandise, and the one time I was unable to order by website, both the support person I reported the problem to and the sales person I ordered through were polite and thorough. They have been a pleasure to deal with.

My order was handled perfectly, even though the website said it would be delivered Tuesday and the shipping confirmation/actual delivery was Wednesday. It was my fault that I didn't know this video card was no where as good as the one I was replacing (nVidia 9600GSO replacing 8800GT). I will be either disposing of or giving away this card once I get the nVidia 560Ti448 that I ordered to replace it.

Business-Supply seems to have any product that I am looking for, at the best price, they ship in a very timely fashion and if I have a question, are prompt in their response.

I thought I was buying 4 boxes of 12 pencils each, when it was only four individual pencils that arrived in a very large box. The order form indicated to me that a unit was a box of 12, and I order four units. Other websites sold the same pencils at the same price for a box of 12, and I thought that was the deal here. Paying $7.95 shipping for four single pencils is ridiculous. In hindsight, I see the site was ambiguous on the quantity coding, and I should have called in advance to confirm, but at this point it would cost me more to return them than just keep them and chalk this up as a lesson learned. I am not a satisfied customer, and will only be a one-time customer.

Was going to order the rest of the set, call friends and asked what they thought of the picture, the order set up and they as well as I expected the whole. VERY CAREFUL scrutiny of the write up still did not clarify that hree pieces had to be ordered.
