They had the exact product I wanted and it was ready to pick p at my local Lowes store. I oredered the product in the morning and I picked it up after work that afternoon. The customer service staff was speedy and very courteous.
2012-05-15 by tootallPick up at the store was the hardest part. They were short staffed and it took some time. Also, I needed extension poles for the fan. A very helpful representative then came and helped me, even taking the entire order to my car.

It was actually delivered the next day.I considered next day delivery excellent service but when lowes didn't meet the expectation they set by indicating same day delievery when I ordered it lowered my satisfation with the experience.

The main bowl of the food mill appears to be a little more flimsy than I would like it to be. I am also concerned that it might be cheaply constructed or that the materials used may be inferior/harmful to health now that I see it was made in China. I have not used it yet, so I will withhold any further judgment until I do. The cookie scoop and pizza pans are exactly what I expected.

Her kindness toward those of us who are hearing impaired is appreciated. She is a gem! Cutlery And More has packaged each order so that it arrives in excellent condition. Although they have no control of what happens to the package once it leaves their destination, they make sure that each item is packaged to arrive unscathed.
