The only thing I was not happy with was that once my package got to my door I had to pay an additional fee to get it. I was told that it was a delivery charge. I had already paid for shipping through Homelectrial. I have been told by others that UPS does this to their customers quite often. I wasn't impressed to get double billed for shipping. Otherwise the product is exactly what I wanted. Thank you.

Great products for the money. My only complaint is everytime I try to log in it tells me my password is incorrect. I then have to request a new password. I use the same password as before and it works.

The zip code on the credit card didn't match the shipping zip code because the zip code in our area is changing. They sent me an email saying so with an 800 number to call. I did and it was no big deal. The customer service rep. said he'd seen this before and he'd fix it. The order got here quickly after that. No big deal.

Have not recieved my order, it was ordered 2 day air 7 days ago.Customer service is a joke, if you can get them to answer the phone, had to get customer service through online chatSupervisors or managers won't return phone calls (even left them my cell number)It seems like nobody cares or gives a damn about customer service.As you can tell shipping.....well, just has not happened (still waiting)Have purchased from this company for over 10 years, I think we are done after this round of nonsense.

I give up calling on the item not delivered issue again. last time it was crazy experience ... I did not get it the tracking said it was delivered ... This is second time with same issue... I donot want to go through same problems as last time ... It was crazy ... I tried to change address to be delivered at my company Bose , but shipping ... costs changed as soon as I changed the address to them ... I dont want to be bounced again between UPS and Target for three months ... Why can't day seek signature for delivery????

I like Tiger Direct because of their convenience, pricing, product availability and range of products. I have never had a problem with any of Tiger Direct's merchandise, and the one time I was unable to order by website, both the support person I reported the problem to and the sales person I ordered through were polite and thorough. They have been a pleasure to deal with.

My order was handled perfectly, even though the website said it would be delivered Tuesday and the shipping confirmation/actual delivery was Wednesday. It was my fault that I didn't know this video card was no where as good as the one I was replacing (nVidia 9600GSO replacing 8800GT). I will be either disposing of or giving away this card once I get the nVidia 560Ti448 that I ordered to replace it.

ordered what appeared to be a three piece cookware. received one piece of the three. Sharon at customer service said she would email the extent of our conversation, no e-mail. Was going to order the rest of the set, call friends and asked what they thought of the picture, the order set up and they as well as I expected the whole. VERY CAREFUL scrutiny of the write up still did not clarify that hree pieces had to be ordered.
