Wore sandals two days on vacation and side strap is coming away from sole of shoe. Will have to return. Purchased many Clark shoes online from QVC and am very disappointed with these.

Have used this company on a couple of occasions. There dog products for pills are great. I have a greyhound that needs to take meds daily and I use the pill pockets daily. The pricing is good and delivery is excellent.

When I ask about the D5100 camera body only I purchased. They should have ask what lens (Nikon D50) did I have for this camera, and let me know that the lens I have, would not work on the D5100. and suggested I get the body and Lens Package. I was informed by someone that all Nikon lens are inter-changeable. Then I wouldn't have to return my purchase and you would have made a bigger sale. other wise I am impressed with Ritz service.

I have not received my order. This was a pre-order of an advertised product. Apparently it is back ordered from the manufacturer and I have not been given a possible delivery date. They have offered to show me products similar to the one I wanted but no offer to cancel the order and start over.

Product ordered was not as pictured, the Ridgid 8 Gal wet dry vac filter I needed Is open on the top & seals against the Top Housing and the lower end is also open, but with a flange that is sealed with a formed disk and is locked in place with a plastic lock nut. The filters shipped to me have a solid bottom with a hole thru it, opposite end is open.
