I'm satisfied with my overall purchase. I am not using the product personally so I don't have any opinion of the effectiveness of the product or it's results. I was not impressed with the shipping of the order. My original order was lost by the parcel company. Mikie @ RockBottom customer service was very courteous considering the situation & offered every available option to correct the error.

shipping cost seemed high. Delivery was 1 day late. $7 in shipping for 6 day delivery seemed high. Selection of goods are fair with prices being fair as well

Target's online ad did not have the product I was looking for, and none of the items shown met my needs. In general, I would prefer to shop in my local Target store, and only searched their website becaus the store did not have what I need either.

poor quality productwood used not attractive and poor qualitypoorly constructedoverpriced for what it washowever, that being said, I shall keep it as it does serve the purpose I intended it for and it's more trouble to return it, I just wont be buying anything else from them, I don't think it was good value for the money, it is worth only about half of what I paid for it.I won't be buying anything like that again on-line, the pictures looked far better than the actual product

The cat beds I purchased were not what I expected. I thought they would be 13 inches deep but instead were 13 inches high when they were popped out to make the enclosed cat bed.

One of two places on the Internet I could find the product. I got awesome promotional deals which made it far cheaper than the other website, and it was delivered the next day even though I chose two day shipping. Overall extremely satisfied!
