My most recent purchase, however, was the fastest delivery I have ever experienced when selecting standard shipping!! I was completely surprised and did not expect to receive my order so soon! poor quality productwood used not attractive and poor qualitypoorly constructedoverpriced for what it washowever, that being said, I shall keep it as it does serve the purpose I intended it for and it's more trouble to return it, I just wont be buying anything else from them, I don't think it was good value for the money, it is worth only about half of what I paid for it.I won't be buying anything like that again on-line, the pictures looked far better than the actual product

We had a hard time getting customer service to get us the correct information about when the damaged item would be picked up (the first agent told us it would be picked up in 2-3 days, then when it wasn't picked up then, the next agent told us 10 business days, and then we had the issue escalated and it was eventually picked up a week after we placed the return request). It's now 2 weeks after the damaged item was picked up (3 weeks after reporting the damage), and we still have not received the refund for it. Not very satisfied with Home Depot's return process.
