I am very disappointed with my recent purchase at homeclick. My purchase was shipped on 5/9/12 via YRC, yet I did not get the delivery until 5/18/12. The delivery was scheduled to arrive at my home between 9-5 on 5/18, so I took the day off work to be home for this delivery. After calling YRC several times to get the status of the delivery, they did not deliver my shippment until 7 PM !!! This was unacceptable, you give an 8 hour window of delivery and you still can't deliver on time! To top it off, YRC or Homeclick did not call me to update the status of my delivery, the only way I knew that my delivery was even still en route was that I called YRC several times on Friday. I called Homeclick as well on Friday, the representative just said to call back on Monday during normal business hours. I called at 6:50 PM, after my delivery was almost 2 hours late.

The product was seemingly held up in the FedEX circuit so the deliverly date was delayed by two days which was not really a problem. Homeclick was not at fault. I was pleased to be able to easily track it with the link provided by Homeclick.

The order was received ahead of time and in good condition. The ottoman was brand new (the web site said new in box)and matched our previously purched furniture.I tried working with the support personell to secure a discount on the product, since I was a return customer to Sears, but no one could provide even a 5% discount.

When I called in to check on this item, I had two seperate gentlemen (didn't catch their names) that put me on hold to check on it. The first one had me on hold for 22 minutes before I hung up. The second one had me on hold for 20 minutes before I hung up. My third time calling I got a new hire named Tamara who was EXCELLENT! She was able to find my product and give me the information I wanted in around 5 minutes. She also handled a follow-up call I had and was able to get my additional answers taken care of. She's the Customer Service rep who made this deal happen.
