They had the exact product I wanted and it was ready to pick p at my local Lowes store. I oredered the product in the morning and I picked it up after work that afternoon. The customer service staff was speedy and very courteous.
2012-05-15 by tootallPick up at the store was the hardest part. They were short staffed and it took some time. Also, I needed extension poles for the fan. A very helpful representative then came and helped me, even taking the entire order to my car.

It was actually delivered the next day.I considered next day delivery excellent service but when lowes didn't meet the expectation they set by indicating same day delievery when I ordered it lowered my satisfation with the experience.

The first one had me on hold for 22 minutes before I hung up. The second one had me on hold for 20 minutes before I hung up. My third time calling I got a new hire named Tamara who was EXCELLENT! She was able to find my product and give me the information I wanted in around 5 minutes. She also handled a follow-up call I had and was able to get my additional answers taken care of. She's the Customer Service rep who made this deal happen.
