I just didn't like that the person who called to confirm my order was trying to up-sell. Aside from that everything was great.
2012-05-20 byA person contacted me from the seller and tried to sell me an extremely expensive 199$ (discounted to 99$, nevertheless expensive) CF card. He told me that the few features of the camera such as continuous shooting, HD video would not work as expected. I said I could not invest in such a card right now and he questioned my choice of buying the camera. He said "Then why are you buying this camera?" Is this the way to deal with your customers? If you do not want my business, I would be glad to take it somewhere else. Also I would like to point out that I am yet to find a site that absolutely states the need of a 199$ card.Rest of the experience at this store was good. Had no concerns with the parcel. Was packed well and safely arrive before time. I might give this store another chance.
2012-05-20 by CanonEOS600DuserI requested and paid for 2nd day air delivery, but during the call to clarify my credit card information (I used an international credit card from Brazil) I mentioned my urgency to receive the product before I left Orlando, on Staurday the 12th may, so the salesman decided to economize on the delivery and send it by UPS Ground, by which means I received the product on Thursday, the 10th March, in time before I left Orlando but I was not able to take any pictures of the event I was taking part of. I complained by email but to no avail.

I enjoy shopping through Bulk Office Supply and am satisfied with the product selection. This last order, however, was split into 2 deliveries. I know it was unavoidable, but I was disappointed that all the items were not available for immediate delivery.
