2012-05-21 byHave not recieved my order, it was ordered 2 day air 7 days ago.Customer service is a joke, if you can get them to answer the phone, had to get customer service through online chatSupervisors or managers won't return phone calls (even left them my cell number)It seems like nobody cares or gives a damn about customer service.As you can tell shipping.....well, just has not happened (still waiting)Have purchased from this company for over 10 years, I think we are done after this round of nonsense.

This is second time with same issue... I donot want to go through same problems as last time ... It was crazy ... I tried to change address to be delivered at my company Bose , but shipping ... costs changed as soon as I changed the address to them ... I dont want to be bounced again between UPS and Target for three months ... Why can't day seek signature for delivery????

I have never had a problem with any of Tiger Direct's merchandise, and the one time I was unable to order by website, both the support person I reported the problem to and the sales person I ordered through were polite and thorough. They have been a pleasure to deal with.
2012-05-19 by RayMy order was handled perfectly, even though the website said it would be delivered Tuesday and the shipping confirmation/actual delivery was Wednesday. It was my fault that I didn't know this video card was no where as good as the one I was replacing (nVidia 9600GSO replacing 8800GT). I will be either disposing of or giving away this card once I get the nVidia 560Ti448 that I ordered to replace it.

I had to pay $7.95 in shipping charges and then, when the light on the mirror was not as bright as I expected...I had to pay AGAIN (and more) to return. And had to pay FedEx $2.99 extra to get more packing in the same box with the same packing that had just been sent to me. I will shop where I can return (Sears) or go with Amazon and free shipping and much easier return.
