I just didn't like that the person who called to confirm my order was trying to up-sell. Aside from that everything was great.

A person contacted me from the seller and tried to sell me an extremely expensive 199$ (discounted to 99$, nevertheless expensive) CF card. He told me that the few features of the camera such as continuous shooting, HD video would not work as expected. I said I could not invest in such a card right now and he questioned my choice of buying the camera. He said "Then why are you buying this camera?" Is this the way to deal with your customers? If you do not want my business, I would be glad to take it somewhere else. Also I would like to point out that I am yet to find a site that absolutely states the need of a 199$ card.Rest of the experience at this store was good. Had no concerns with the parcel. Was packed well and safely arrive before time. I might give this store another chance.

I requested and paid for 2nd day air delivery, but during the call to clarify my credit card information (I used an international credit card from Brazil) I mentioned my urgency to receive the product before I left Orlando, on Staurday the 12th may, so the salesman decided to economize on the delivery and send it by UPS Ground, by which means I received the product on Thursday, the 10th March, in time before I left Orlando but I was not able to take any pictures of the event I was taking part of. I complained by email but to no avail.

I was going to call them, but their Customer Service guy called me to ask about shipping. I was very impressed. He did try to sell me something, but that's okay. I needed it anyways! :) Loved my experience with 42ndSt. Photo!

Terrible support personnel. Very difficult to understand because of their broken English. One support person hung up on me because information could not be understood by support and/or would not listen to what I was trying to get across the return problems that had happened. Had no idea what had already been done since original call to support. This experience I had with Dell has been by far the worst I have ever had with any computer hardware vendor since I started using and teaching computer technology in the early 1980's. Dell and the others all want our busy, but it is getting back to no customer support after purchase. When you thought things had improved you were thrown back in time to lousy customer service, but this time you can't understand the non-English speaking so-called support staff.

Somehow, my order was shipped in a way that the transport company said it would take days fewer to get to me than I expected, and it came late in the day the day the transportation company said, which was 3 days sooner than I expected. Bizrate didn't give me the same order arrival estimation time that Dell did, and it arrived sooner than Dell said it would. On one of the free shipping options. I've been WAITING DAYS for this bizrate follow up to get to me.

I give up calling on the item not delivered issue again. last time it was crazy experience ... I did not get it the tracking said it was delivered ... This is second time with same issue... I like Tiger Direct because of their convenience, pricing, product availability and range of products. I have never had a problem with any of Tiger Direct's merchandise, and the one time I was unable to order by website, both the support person I reported the problem to and the sales person I ordered through were polite and thorough. My order was handled perfectly, even though the website said it would be delivered Tuesday and the shipping confirmation/actual delivery was Wednesday. It was my fault that I didn't know this video card was no where as good as the one I was replacing (nVidia 9600GSO replacing 8800GT). I will be either disposing of or giving away this card once I get the nVidia 560Ti448 that I ordered to replace it.

The terk antenna did the job of improving my TV picture. But it is a weird design. Having almost no base upon which to stand it is prone to falling over. I expect that one day it will fall and break the antenna extensions.

This was my first purchase through Crutchfield and was very pleased on how easy it went. The install directions were spot on and all the adapters that were needed were supplied at no extra cost.

After purchasing kenwood car stereo I noticed the steering wheel control harness was not included in necessary wiring hardware. I would have happily bought optional harness at time of purchase had I known better. It was an oversight on my part, but felt perhaps Crutchfield could have made stronger suggestion for optional equipment. I ended up paying another 100. @ best buy for harness Crutchfield charges 60. That's my only complaint.

Unhappy with FedEx delivery person who clearly had planned to leave my purchase on my front porch -- clearly visible to anyone passing by. The delivery person did not know I was at home because he did not ring my doorbell. I just happened to see his truck and went to the door as he was descending the steps whereupon he returned to the scanner he had left on the porch and actually handed it to me.

The last order I received was plants. They were a bit wilted but adding water perked them up and the dried leaves were pulled off but I think they came a few weeks early as we do not plant until late may or early june due to possible frost and cold weather. I can keep them inside but they do not really get proper care due to light problems. Hopefully they will grow when I put them in the ground in another couple of weeks.

I made an online oreder to be picked up at the store. I received a confirmation that the oreder was received and another one that it was ready to be picked up. When I arrived at the counter and said I was here to pick up an order, the clerk asked what was my order for and proceeded to contact someone. The next person asked what I ordered and after several minutes retrieved a copy of my order and proceeded to fill it while I waited. I had to tell them 3 times what was on my order. Yes, I had brought my order number. I see no point to making an online order.

Need to work on your shipping... Very disappointed...

The item I ordered was on back order and I was not notified of the extent of the time frame. When I called I was told it was no available but expected in around the end of March (I ordered it in February)but the were not sure and they had sereval hundred on back order.

I didn't like the come-on about a $100 premium which turned out to be subscriptions I didn't want to three magazines. I had trouble getting out of that, because the window told me I had to choose one. I did get out, and I'm not being sent any magazines I don't want. The next time I'm offered something great for free, I'll just reply no'.
