After hearing nothing about the order, I sent an online request for tracking info on March 20, but got no response. Phoned Customer Support on March 21 to find out if order shipped. Order was then shipped on March 21. Got a voicemail from Customer Service and an email. Tried to track online after 24 hours, but no info available. Got a confirmation saying vacuum bags shipped but no mention of vacuum. Received package March 23. I'm glad it came quickly after it was shipped, but there was no explanation of the delay in shipping. I will check more carefully if I order again to be sure an in-stock item is shipped ASAP. I appreciate all the info on your website about the product, it was helpful in making my decision to buy the vacuum cleaner. And once contacted, Customer Service responded. It seems your shipping dept/tracking system is the source of lapses in info.
