My most recent purchase, however, was the fastest delivery I have ever experienced when selecting standard shipping!! I was completely surprised and did not expect to receive my order so soon! They were a bit wilted but adding water perked them up and the dried leaves were pulled off but I think they came a few weeks early as we do not plant until late may or early june due to possible frost and cold weather. I can keep them inside but they do not really get proper care due to light problems. Hopefully they will grow when I put them in the ground in another couple of weeks.

We had a hard time getting customer service to get us the correct information about when the damaged item would be picked up (the first agent told us it would be picked up in 2-3 days, then when it wasn't picked up then, the next agent told us 10 business days, and then we had the issue escalated and it was eventually picked up a week after we placed the return request). It's now 2 weeks after the damaged item was picked up (3 weeks after reporting the damage), and we still have not received the refund for it. Not very satisfied with Home Depot's return process.
