When I ordered the outfit the predition was that it would take 6-11 days. This left plenty of time before St Patricks day for the outfit to arrive. St Patricks day was on Saturday and costume still hasn't arrived.

The costume is nice, I did notice few of the sequins fell off.

Staff was very courteous and helpful in assisting me to find additional products from another supplier when they discovered they did not have enough of the items left in stock to fill my needs.

I found my experience overall very good, I was given confirmation of my order and it's shipment to New Zealand quickly and received the actual order in around two weeks of purchase.

So happy I found the batman outfit for my grandson. It was a surprise and now he won't take it off!!!! The quality was great and he is in heaven being Batman.

I was told vis email that all taxes, duties and import fees were included in the check-out price; however, $49.95 was added AFTER I accepted the check price amount to be charged to my credit card. The item was listed as in stock but after the order was placed it was listed as back-ordered on order tracking. I was sent an email offering me an "additional" 10% off my order if I ordered within 48 hours, but was later told they would not honour this offer as I had already used a discount (only one discount per order); "additional" means in addition to something else.

The order came on time but I was a little disapointed with the product. However, I will keep it and use it. I didn't read the description of the fabric and style fully, so it was my fault that I didn't like the product.
