There was a scratchy line in the middle top of the banner. Other than that the banner looks good. I would have been more happy if that scratchy part is not there on banner.

Everything was great except for the banner I ordered. It has a flaw in it in on the left middle and is kinda noticable. It is almost like a hole.

I received two separate deliveries. I paid extra to have them arrive by the time I needed them and they were both one day late. One was a hat with a broken snap, which spoiled the effect of the hat and I didn't have time to get it fixed and did not use the hat, because it was later as well as broken.The second was a costom, which was also late, but very well made and had delightful detail. The price I paid was well worth it.I would have been very happy with it, had it arrived on time and I was able to ware it to the event for which I bought it. I bought a costume that is supposed to be fitted in the body - no excess fabric pooling around the torso - so I found a size that according to the chart should have fit perfectly. Shipping time was awesome - way faster than expected - but when I got the dress and tried it on there was a good 6 inches of extra *unstretched* fabric around the entirity of the torso. I returned this for two sizes down (which should have been way too small for me) and it fit perfectly without stretching. I am from Canada and on the site it says that returns are simple and fast with shipping paid for by buycostumes.com. Apparently this isn't applicable to international customers but the site does not make this obvious anywhere. I ended up spending 25$ on shipping back the too large costume which was about half the value of the costume itself. This was rather annoying since I was expecting buycostumes.com to hold up their end like it states on the site.

the product we got did not match the picture. i was very disappointed. the afro did work for what we wanted to do with it but i was very displeased with it.

Lack of email and communication regarding the back order of my items, it took until May to receive my purchase that was made on February 29, 2012 for a baby shower in April. I called once a week to check status and was told that they emailed me, which is not true and then i was given an attitude when i was upset.

Never again will I order from this company or recommend them. I placed my order on March 25th. I hadn't recieved my order by April 4th so I called customer service. They told me my order was back ordered and someone should have e-mailed me that it'd be another 10-14 days (keep in mind that would be April 18th at the latest), no one ever e-mailed me. I still hadn't recieved my package on April 18th so I called customer service again. The lady informed me that they have my item in the stock it just hadn't been shipped. She told me I would have it by April 21st at the latest. My package didn't leave their warehouse until April 20th according to tracking (the tracking on their website doesn't work either, it only works once FedEx has picked up the package). I finally recieved my package on April 24th. I've never been so frustrated with online shopping in my life.

I ordered a costume on 2/22/2012. Today is 3/4/2012, and I have not received it nor received any word about it. I paid almost as much on shipping as I did on the costume! I am extremely disappointed and frustrated.

Where do I start?? It took almost a MONTH for me to get my items, and that was only because I brought it to my customer services attention. I was suppose to get tracking info 7-10 days later and by day 11 still no word. Customer service couldnt even tell me why my order was still in process 3 weeks later. I don't think that my order would have EVER been shipped to me if I didn't call to inquire about where it was. The memo board and wall decor look very cheaply made and I would send them back, except by the time I got charged for the 30% restocking fee and shipping charges, I would barely get enough money back to make it worth going through the hassle of shipping it back to you. Not to mention, if I would ever see my money again, since it seems to take you guys forever to ship anything out. When I called to speak to customer service a woman (not Dianne) answered the phone and was so rude and completely lied about the status of my order. Never again, will I order or recommend you guys

We need one in east Windsor On.The south wWindsor store was great but it cost me $50.00 in gas to go there 10 times.

First order did not have all components. Customer service was willing to send another unit, however, they do not have Saturday delivery which was a problem as I need the new unit right away.
