I got everything I wanted but the cart system on GNC's site still sucks. It didn't know how to calculate the total cost and changed from page to page.

Hours of operation via telephone are a bit limited when ordering from overseas. But, my e-mail was responded to very quickly which helped a lot. Staff were very helpful and polite.

Poor shipping of products, not enough bubble wrap causing tearing and openingof almost all envelope protein packets in box. Have order many times before with more than enough bubble wrap,peanuts etc. First time happening.

This order was cancelled and the only way I learned that was when I checked the shipping trackinbg. Would have appreciated being notified.

After the issue with false advertising and an unwillingness to take responsibility, I have yet to get the order. So add to the list of complaints slow shipping....assuming it was shipped at all. I wouldnt know because communication is also non-existant.

IT took forever just to get the order completed and then several phone calls just to get it shipped and then finally without my knowledge, you shipped only 1/3 of the order and charged the entire amount of the total order to my bank.

Although the product has a December 2012 "good until" date, they seem a little bit stale.
