I had one lamp delivered broken. The customer support rep Pamala Zrust rapidly replaced the item and followed through with instructions for disposal. It was refreshing to have such great service.
2012-05-21 by CarliWhile the products arrived on time according to when they told me they would arrive, I was rather amazed (negatively so) that it took a week from the time of order to receiving the shipping information. The norm these days is that products tend to ship in one to 2 days, so the delay was rather disconcerting. There was no information up front regarding the time from order to shipment and this would have been nice (in fact, I deem it essential for good customer service).

They were a bit wilted but adding water perked them up and the dried leaves were pulled off but I think they came a few weeks early as we do not plant until late may or early june due to possible frost and cold weather. I can keep them inside but they do not really get proper care due to light problems. Hopefully they will grow when I put them in the ground in another couple of weeks.
